The Mammut Men's Patwin Jacket is a 750 down fill jacket for cold weather climbing. The Patwin surrounds you with warmth as you're belaying your best buddy in the cold. The main fabric is Pertex Quantum, a rip-proof ripstop material that can take on a bit of abuse and is water-resistant to block a light snow. The inner lining is 100% polyester, soft against the skin and glides over your base layer easily. The two-way front zipper makes it easy to expose your harness while staying warm, while you tuck your chin into the micro fleece collar. The pockets on the inside are mesh for handling an extra pair of gloves, while the outside hand pockets warm your hands during rest and a chest pocket for securing a granola bar.

Ive had this coat since my wife got it for me for Christmas and i love it! I've worn it in -15 degree temps while outside for a couple of hours at my kids skiing tournament with 30 mph winds and was warm the whole time i never got cold once. It seems to be windproof and at the least water resistance I've worn this coat in skiing in Montana and couldn't ask for a better coat. Best coat i have ever worn!
