"the best edging shoe...EVARRR!" 04/08/13

These are, by far the best climbing shoes I've ever worn. I can'tcount how many pairs i've gone through, they edge & smear equallywell. you can sport, trad, boulder, or gym climb in these puppies.They don't don't stretch that much so once you size them correctlyyou'll never go back to another shoe. The seem to fit people w/ side feet better than narrower feet. And with the new cup heel they don't slip out like they use to.

"Great Bouldering and Sport Shoe" 04/05/13

I've climbed with these shoes for over 3 years and a few re-soles. Pros:The rubber is great, super sticky and perfect on granite or schist. Slight downturn that is perfect for steep steeps, but also good for technical vertical angles.Great for edging.Cons:The cup for your heel might be weirdly shaped and not fit right (never fit perfectly for me).The tan fabric uppers wear away over time, especially if you are climbing a lot of cracks.Overall a great shoe and very versatile, I just wish the uppers were leather so I wouldn't get holes in the fabric!

This is a great all around shoe. That being said, I wouldn't recommend it if you are climbing cracks all the time. It has a super rigid sole for edging and the heel is nice for hooking. Great feeling shoe, I only sized down a half size. It was initially really tight and relatively uncomfortable (as to be expected with climbing shoes) but after a week or so it formed to my foot so it was still tight but more far comfortable. Overall I recommend it, it is a great shoe!
