Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfortable, durable, useful! i have heard rave reviews on these sandals for a long time, and after my best friend just got back from spending 2 years in africa and wearing these shoes everyday in the desert, i decided to give them a try! the straps are fun and easy to adjust, and they are relatively lightweight on the foot, despite being super durable and strong. i ran through the rain in them today, and my feet didn't slip at all! i thought the sizing would be tricky, because i normally wear a 9 1/2, and it seems as they don't come in half-sizes. however, i went with the 9 and they are GREAT! i can't wait to wear them to africa next summer, and everyday until then!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great These are like wearing rubber birks. They are really comfortable, support my foot, and stay on my feet when I have to chase my "jailbreaking" dogs. I got these because we are traveling this summer and I need a pair of shoes that I can wear both with and without socks. The adjustable straps make the change easily. You know how shoes stretch when you wear warm socks and then you go to wear your shoes without socks, you walk right out of them......can't do that in a crowd.....anymore people might just pick up that lone shoe to pair up with the one you always see in the middle of the road.....These are great, warm or cold, wet or dry!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These shoes do it all! I didn't get a pair of Chacos until last December and I'm not quite sure how I lived without them! They took a week or so to break in, but the arch support is amazing. Most comfortable shoe I've ever had. They're great for everything! I love to wear them all over my college campus in any weather. These shoes can go from walking to class to hiking to playing mud volleyball to jumping around in waterfalls. The possibilities are endless. I also love this particular style because my toes don't like being tied down. I recommend these if you have any doubts about the toe strap on other styles. Overall, the perfect shoe for just about anything you need or want to do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rockin but runs kind of large I usually wear a 7 or a 7 1/2 shoe (and I like shoes to be kind of roomy) but the 7 was so huge in the store (they don't carry half sizes) that I bought a 6 (WOAH I know, but I seriously don't have tiny Asian feet!). They fit alright but when worn with thick socks need to be readjusted. My toes still kind of hang off the end sometimes but not in an uncomfortable way. I got these in the red color and they're SO FLY everyone loves me more and I think I'm more popular because of them. Maybe it's just because the size was kind of weird, but I usually wear these with the excess strap pulled all the way out, especially with socks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These shoes are amazing! I bought these shoes a little bit ago and at first was anxious about them due to the uncomfortable sole, but after about 2 weeks the soles were perfectly contoured to my feet. Sure, they're a bit pricey, but the fee soon paid off... in full. In addition, these shoes are virtually indestructible! My rambunctious Australian Shepherd has attempted numerous times to chew these shoes, but to no avail. The only downfall to these wondrous shoes is the fact that they can get objects from outside, such as twigs and pebbles, stuck in the soles to much irritation for your feet. Besides the latter, these invincible shoes will be my hiking companions for a long time to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for everything just short of mountain climbing. I've been eyeing these lovely little sandals for a very, very long time...I didn't really need another pair of shoes, but something about them made it impossible for me to stop thinking about them. After many attempts to unsuccessfully convince myself to move on and live life without them...I gave in...I had to have a pair. Now, I can't believe I ever thought of not getting them. I wear them when I run to the grocery store, walk the dogs, after a long bike ride or hike...I wear them anytime I can. They are so comfortable and easy to slip on; lightweight, yet sturdy. They are my new favorite sandals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It took me 11 years to replace my original pair... Yes, I know that sounds mildly disgusting, but I perfected the art of de-funking my Chacos years ago. I bought this latest pair after an unfortunate run-in with some liquid bleach that left my 1997 (or so) model of Chacos looking not only terribly outdated but also u-g-l-y.,,I absolutely love my new, how things have changed in the past decade...they were immediately familiar and quite easily adjusted to the perfect fit. Ah, thank you, Chaco, for giving this once-avid-adventurer, now preschool-cookie-baking gal a new lease on life.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I'd walk a mile in these babies - maybe two. I bought a pair of these sandals for my daughter so she could wear them in Australia. She wore them around the house and up and down the block before she went. The dogs sniffed them and gave them two paws up. Right now she is in Australia trekking through the outback, surfing the coastal waves, and snorkeling in the Great Barrier Reef, not all at the same time however. Through all of this, she never once called home to complain that her sandals were giving her trouble. Neither did the sandals run away. I respect that in a sandal. I am very pleased with their performance. When she gets home, we expect her to spend the rest of the summer walking the dogs, cleaning their poop, and mowing
