This is THE cam rackpack. I've had the nano 23's, the neutrinos, and the oz biners over the years, and now I'm converting all my cam 'biners to the photons. They simply match size and weight (lack thereof) better than any other biner on the market. They are super light, really strong, and full sized (read: bigger than the Oz). They are also about a buck cheaper than the BD Oz as well, and you get 8 per pack. This pack is nice because the black and orange biners allow use of this set with C4's or metolius cams.
Quite a bit bigger than I thought (going to try and post a comparison pic here, or under the BD neutrinos, or maybe the FS mini biner), but waaaay light! For those with bigger hands, these are awesome and super easy to clip. For those that think neutrinos are pushing it on size, skip these and stick with the smaller biners.
