Chest / Bust - Measure around your chest / bust, holding the measuring tape under your armpit.

Waist - Measure around the natural waist, which is often the narrowest part of your waist.

Hip - Measure around your hips at the widest part.

Sleeve Length - With your arms in a slightly bent postion, measure from the center of the back of your neck, along the length of your arm, to the wrist.

Inseam / Pant Length - From a standing position, measure from your crotch to your ankle.

Head Circumference - Measure the full circumference around the widest part of your head.

Hand Length - Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the base of the palm.

Hand Width - Measure the circumference of your hand around the knuckles, excluding the thumb.

• Please note that all the info provided above refers to body measurements, and NOT the dimensions of the garment.

Next to Skin Fit - These snugly-fitting garments are made with stretch fabrics to fit next to the skin to enhance moisture management and thermal efficiency. Garments in this fit category when constructed using Arc'teryx's heavier-weight AR and SV fabrics also perform very well as mid layer pieces, and users should consider selecting a larger size to accommodate a base layer underneath if the intention is to use this layering system as a mid layer option.

Trim Fit - Trim-fitted garments share the motion-friendly traits with Arc'teryx "Athletic" fit garments, but are patterned with lower volume for reduced bulk. These close-fitting pieces layer well under other garments.

Athletic Fit - This is the "Arc'teryx Standard" fit. These complete patterns utilize anatomical shaping and gussets to enhance motion by minimizing excess bulk. Easy layering under or over each item extends seasonal versatility and comfort.

Relaxed Fit - Relaxed fit garments rely on higher volume patterns and a reduced amount of articulation to offer roomy mobility.

Expedition Fit - Cut roomier than the Arc'teryx Athletic fit and suitable for winter/extreme conditions, Expedition (XPD) fit garments are cut larger to accommodate multiple layers without binding or restricting movement.

• You can find the fit type and additional fit info for Arc'teryx styles in the product description FEATURES and SPECIFICATIONS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Base Layer I use this jacket almost everyday during the winter. I wear it around the house and when i go out hiking. I wear this jacket under the Marmot Kingpin jacket and it works great. It's a base layer so it's very warm and soft, however doesn't do well at in in the wind. Fits very true to size, i'm 5'10" 175lbs and a large fits me with some extra room. The jacket works great during the spring too on those cool mornings. I also use this jacket on some of my chilly runs, works great as long as there's not too much wind out. I ended up getting the gray which is a little bit darker than the picture shows, but the color is great. Can't go wrong with Arcteryx.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turn up the Base I used to think Patagonia Capilenes were the best base layers around. Until I tried one of these. Drats! These are amazing. I think this is my new base layer. Its probably one of the softest things I've worn, the cut is very trim, so its perfect underneath a heavier fleece or jacket. Its breathes extremely well and dries super quickly. VERY light, yet warm. I love the long length and long zip. I just wish there were a couple more cool colors, maybe teal, coral or red.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very warm~! The very first thing I noticed when I tried this on was that this is WARM! I almost didn't need any other jacket or sweater when I was walking around outside in 30degree weather. The texture is extremely soft and looks great too. It is a little pricey for what you could get for another brand or whatnot but as with most anything Arc'teryx, it is very very nice quality. You spend a little more money for something that will last ALOT longer. I highly recommend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Let's talk about the size! I'm 5'7 160 lbs, with chest of 39 inches and expanding. I bought a medium size, caper color. I love the fit to my body! (some space and not skin tight) Coz I'm planning to use this as a top with a muscle tee inside, or even a polo shirt for style.,,,,Now in the future, I will most likely to buy a small size if this is all I'm planning to wear in the crazy summer weather of the lovely San Francisco. (of course I will wear some jeans with it).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shirt! This is the third one of these shirts I have purchased. The first two I purchased over two years ago are still in great shape, one of which I carried with me and used as a mid layer while hiking the entire Appalachian Trail in 2007. After that much abuse I still wear it to work! The only complaint I had with the first two was the zipper was a little too short, but now, that has been corrected. You will not go wrong with this shirt!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This will make you better at life... The Delta double zip, by Arcteryx, works great as a base layer, or just to wear by itself (pants recommended but not required). It's very cozy and will pleasantly surprise you by its warmth to weight ratio. The fitment is typical Arcteryx which means people who are decently in shape will fit in it much nicer than those whom might not be as "athletic". All in all the delta zip is a solid investment and the quality is outstanding!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an awesome product and rivals wool products for warmth and versatility. I wear this pullover in 20 F weather with wind and had to unzip my all in one hard shell/ mid layer jacket as I was getting too warm. The price justifies the purchase as you get more than your money for it. I have other arcteryx products and this one like the others is very high quality and craftsmanship. I plan on getting another for the cold Michigan winter that is now upon us.,,,,Tom

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hiked from Georgia to Maine with this pullover I used this pullover while thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail in the winter/spring of 2011. The mountains in Georgia during the month of February are frigid, but the Arc’teryx Delta LT Zip provided an abundance of warmth as a mid layer while remaining exceptionally lightweight. This is the only article of clothing which remained in my pack all the way to Maine.
