Waist - Measure around the narrowest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Hip - Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
CHOOSING a SIZE
• In cases where your body measurement falls between two sizes, select the smaller size for a tighter, more athletic fit, and the larger size for outer layers or a more casual fit.
• Top Fit - If your body measurement for the chest and waist result in two different suggested shirt sizes, order the size based on your chest measurement.
• Pant Fit - If your body measurements for hip and waist result in two different suggested pant sizes, you are better off going with the size from you hip measurement.
