About Patagonia Jackets and Coats:

Let's talk about Patagonia jackets. You might want to go get a snack or something. Ready? Ok, great. Patagonia makes all types of jackets for all types of human people. I'll tell you about some of them in a minute, but first I want to make sure you know that you can find Patagonia outerwear for men, women, kids, and even little teeny-tiny babies.

Highly acclaimed among hikers and climbers, Patagonia fleece jackets provide superior insulation, and are available in several different weights to keep you warm in all seasons. Check out the Patagonia Better Sweater Jacket, for example. The Better Sweater combines the look of a woven sweater, with the warmth and easy care of a fleece jacket. Like many Patagonia fleece jackets, the Better Sweater is recyclable. If you want a super snuggly fleece, check out Patagonia Synchilla jackets. You can also find Patagonia Synchilla fleece vests, hoodies, hats, and cute little baby clothes that'll make everybody say "awww, what a cute baby."

For super cold weather, very few things beat a Patagonia Down Jacket. Let me suggest the Patagonia Down Sweater Jacket. Don't let the name fool you, it's not really a sweater. The Down Sweater Jacket features, durable water resistant (DWR) finish 800 fill goose down. It doesn't come much higher loft than that. The Down Sweater is warm, but lightweight, so can even be worn under a hardshell in extreme conditions: it's that awesome.

Patagonia insulated jackets don't just come with down insulation. Check out the Patagonia Nano Puff, for example. This insulated technical jacket features 60-gram PrimaLoft One polyester insulation that's warm, compressible, and recyclable when your jacket wears out. The Nano Puff also has Deluge DWR, so it sheds water. The Nano Puff is great as a stand alone jacket, or layered under a shell in extreme conditions.

When I need to be prepared for any type of weather, I always pack a Patagonia water resistant jacket. There are so many, so I'll just tell you about a few. For a ultra light water resistant windproof jacket, mosey on over to the Patagonia Alpine Wind Jacket or Patagonia Nine Trails Jacket. Seriously, with one of these the wind can blow all it wants, and you'll just stand there, all comfortable and warm, saying "what's up, wind". If water resistant isn't going to cut it, check out Patagonia waterproof jackets like the Patagonia Torrentshell Jacket, Patagonia Rain Shadow, and the Patagonia Storm. Best of all you can stay dry in any climate with Patagonia waterproof technical jackets, Patagonia waterproof ski jackets, and Patagonia waterproof rain jackets.
