The Patagonia R1 is made of warm Regulator R1 grid fleece which is compressible, highly breathable, and moisture-wicking. This fleece is ideal as a mid-layer under a shell or worn alone in more mild weather. Versatile R1 fleece provides excellent stretch and warmth in a variety of temperatures. The high/low interior grid structure enhances the R1's compressibility, airflow and dry time while the jersey microfiber face speeds moisture-wicking and allows for easy layering. I like the idea of calling something "the regulator" it's like a really bad ass wrestling name. You don't mess with THE REGULATORRRRRRRRR! The Patagonia R1 is available for women in 1/4 zip pullovers and full zip jackets. Both of these options are slim-fitting and light weight. This piece is great for layering or working by itself. Also, the modern color options will be sure to please. Men also have the option of getting the amazing Patagonia R1 in a pullover or full zip jacket and the cool colors. Patagonia isn't about discrimination. The best part about the R1 fleece is that it's recyclable through the Common Threads program. There are also some pretty cool Patagonia R1 Regulator fleece pants. Fleece pants are excellent for keeping warm and terrible if you have a pet. Unless it one of those dogs with no hair but they kind of freak me out. The R1 pants can be worn as worn as lightweight insulation or a thermal base layer. |
