Patagonia Down Sweater"
The 2014 version of the down sweater was redesigned to provide a slightly more tailored fit and longer arms, but it still fits true to size. I am +/- 6'1", 160 lbs and a mediu…

I have had this jacket for two years and I love the fact that you can pack it down inside itself in one of the pockets. This jacket keeps you very warm and is extremely light.…

The 2014 down sweater was redesigned with baffling on the sides to provide a more tailored fit. Not only does it insulate better, but it is more flattering than the previous v…

I have purchased 3 other down jackets over the last five years while trying to get up the courage to splurge on this beauty. I prefer black, but they are NEVER on sale.

I was disappointed by the fit of the Patagonia Down Sweater. I'm 5'9, 140lbs and this thing fits me like a barn. I mean zero form factor whatsoever. Drooping in the front, bag…

I am 5'9" 182 lbs and usually wear a large. I might have been able to go with a medium here due to the "regular" cut of this jacket - "regular" at Patagonia sometimes means a…

I bought this for my 3 year old and we LOVE it. He chose the Arctic blue and was very excited when it arrived. It's light, cozy, and well-made. He had a Puffball two years ago…

Some guys like walking around in a down vest with little strips of duct tape all over them cause they think it looks hardcore. I know one dude that put the strips on his coat…

I bought this vest to wear under my hard shell when cross country skiing. On the cold days, it does a fantastic job of keeping my core warm, without constricting at all. When…

I train hunter/jumper horses all year round in Michigan, which means it can get pretty darn cold. Riding is sometimes very active and sometimes very quiet. I bought a size l…

This jacket is fantastic. If you're unsure of Patagonia products, stop it because they are the best. This jacket is great for cold winters and is a great layering piece. My bi…

I love this jacket! My daughter is 13 months, 28 or 29 inches tall and weighs almost 21 lbs. I read reviews on different sites to effect that Patagonia products run large so…

Absolutely love these down sweaters. I have been wearing mine (in an adult size) year-round for seven years, both by itself and under other jackets. It's beaten up and a bit…

This is a great jacket: super comfy, ultralight, packs small (into its own pocket), good hood.
Kept me warm while I was belaying on a long multipitch climb, then was out-of-t…

This is literally my favorite thing I own. I wore it in rediculous snow storms walking to class in the morning, out on the town in Manhattan, skiing in Vermont, sub zero temps…

i was thrilled to see a hooded down sweater this year, as I love my regular down sweaters; however, I am a little bit disappointed that there isnt a cinch cord for the hood.…

I have been searching for a hooded down jacket. I tried LLBean, EMS, OR, and ISIS. Patagonia was my original choice but I thought the color was too purple. After ordering a…

About Patagonia Down Sweater Jackets:
Honestly, next to toilet paper and air conditioning is there a better invention on this earth than a down jacket? The answer is no. And since you're on this-here page right now I'm going to assume you agree with me 104%.
For you fellow goosedown enthusiasts out there Patagonia offers the crème de la crème with durable water repellent (DWR) side to side and back to front and 800-fill European down (so hot right now) stuffed into a specially engineered quilt pattern that keeps the insulation where it's supposed to be. Complete with handwarmer pockets, elastic cuffs and a draw cord hem there is no possible way your upper body will be feeling the cold.
Okay, so the whole "sweater" thing is kind of a misnomer. Like koala bears...totally not bears, they're marsupials. But I bet even most Australians aren't even aware of that fun little fact. Anywho, the Down Sweater is instead available in a full-zip jacket style, a hoody, and a vest. Bon appetit.
