Patagonia Down Sweater"
I was disappointed by the fit of the Patagonia Down Sweater. I'm 5'9, 140lbs and this thing fits me like a barn. I mean zero form factor whatsoever. Drooping in the front, bag…

I am 5'9" 182 lbs and usually wear a large. I might have been able to go with a medium here due to the "regular" cut of this jacket - "regular" at Patagonia sometimes means a…

Patagonia Down Sweater
Honestly, next to toilet paper and air conditioning is there a better invention on this earth than a down jacket? The answer is no. And since you're on this-here page right now I'm going to assume you agree with me 104%.
For you fellow goosedown enthusiasts out there Patagonia offers the crème de la crème with durable water repellent (DWR) side to side and back to front and 800-fill European down (so hot right now) stuffed into a specially engineered quilt pattern that keeps the insulation where it's supposed to be. Complete with handwarmer pockets, elastic cuffs and a draw cord hem there is no possible way your upper body will be feeling the cold.
Okay, so the whole "sweater" thing is kind of a misnomer. Like koala bears...totally not bears, they're marsupials. But I bet even most Australians aren't even aware of that fun little fact. Anywho, the Down Sweater is instead available in a full-zip jacket style, a hoody, and a vest. Bon appetit.
