About Kids' Climbing Harnesses:
Rock climbing is a great way to spend time with your kids and teach them the importance and fun of physical activities. A functioning harness is essential to preventing injury, but there is no reason that you should settle for merely functional when you can equip your kids with climbing harnesses that are comfortable and cool. The best climbing harnesses distribute pressure evenly so they don’t pinch or irritate and feature gear and belay loops. Additionally, kids harnesses need to be easily adjustable to allow for growth, which children are notoriously good at.
I have never personally worn any of our child harnesses because they are too tight on me. I think the full body style is probably the most futuristic looking, but chest and waist harnesses are still pretty rad. The technology and advanced materials that go into making a great piece of climbing equipment has made the sport progressively safer and more fun for kids of all ages.
