For the past 2 weeks, I've only worn body armor -- a full, metal-suit of body armor. I'm not going to lie, it gets pretty hot in here and it's hard to move; I also find it hard to drive a car, and all my neighbors look at me like I'm crazy, but other than that I love it. It's fun to go to museums and pretend I'm a knight in a medieval display and scare everyone, and I've only been banned from like three museums so far. So, I would say that life is going pretty well for me right now; it only took me two hours to type this paragraph while wearing my suit of armor, which is a new record.
Now while wearing this suit, I've tried cycling and it's been no short of a horrible experience. I fell off my bike and the metal armor constricted my joints, making me unable to get back up, so I just lied there. I had to wait for someone to get me, and unfortunately the mouth gear on my metal helmet closed so no one could hear my muffled cries for help. If you want some cycling body armor, don't be like me and wear a full metal suit. Here at Moosejaw, we have bike body armor that is made from breathable, flexible material so you'll be comfortable and limber throughout your ride. Cycling body armor will provide you with the much needed protection from rough terrain.
Chances are if you're on this page, you're a mountain biker who needs some seriously good bicycle body armor. Mountain bike body armor is so much better than a full metal suit, especially going downhill, because the form-fitting material and protection of downhill mountain bike body armor will be more suiting to navigating rough terrain. Running into trees sucks, so this bicycle body armor will protect you from getting majorly hurt. We even have specialized joint protectors, for even more coverage against evil trees. Tree, who even needs them, am I right?
So, if you want some great cycling body armor to protect you from the elements of the outdoors, you have come to the right Moosejaw page. If you were looking for metal body armor, sadly you are on the wrong page and site. I'm sure you can find some badass armor at a renaissance festival, though.
