I love this mat! It stops you from sliding on your yoga mat, it absorbs sweat, and it's easy to clean. Bonus! It makes your mat look great too! I got the dark purple color.
Purchased this item with reward points (love the reward program!) after a few classes of slipping around my mat during hot yoga. Now I feel dry(er) and can focus on my poses rather than worry about losing my balance due to slippage. It really makes a difference! I can travel around with it along with my thin travel mat, as it folds up nicely in my suitcase. Essential to anyone practicing yoga!

I use this bad boy in Bikram (HOT!) yoga, and it works like a champ. When the other yogis' regular bath towels are soaked, my yogitoes Skidless Mat still feels dry and is mopping up the sweat. It also stops your hands and feet from sliding on your yoga mat.
