| Light pack with decent features (zippers, pockets, accessibility) but the curved frame protrudes into the pack too much, taking up valuable space. The newer version corrects this. | |

| Even though the shoulder straps are small in comparison to other brands, that felt VERY comfortable on my shoulders. Great ventilation for your back too. World Class Pack!!! | |

"good for lightweight trips." |

| I use this for my summer work - outdoors on 8 to 12 day shifts. My only grip is that it doesn't have a zipper to access the bottom compartment where I put my sleeping bag. I have to pull everything out. I like the arched back with the air-flo construction, it keeps my back cool when its l00 degrees out. I also find the water bottle pockets on the sides to be a bit shallow and my nalgenes slide out. Luckily, there is a hydration bag pocket on the inside to make up for this poor design. Overall the pack is durable. I also wouldn't recommend packing more then about 35 lbs. because the shoulder straps are not padded so they cut in my shoulders on long hikes when I pack a heavier pack. | |

| This pack has some great features and is perfect for someone with a typical American physique and who doesn't care about using the bottom half of the main compartment. If you have a reasonably athletic build, the hip belt won't snug down enough to carry the load. The main compartment has a pronounced hour glass shape that makes stuffing and retrieving items from the bottom very difficult. It also won't allow you to pack heavy items against your back where they are supposed to go. | |

| Osprey makes a great pack. We purchased the Atmos 65 for my son. He outgrew his Atmos 50. He loves his Osprey. The quality is great and so are the features. When not hiking, he uses this as luggage. | |

"Best pack ever" |

| This pack is amazing. I love the fit and versatility. Definitely the best choice for keeping it lightweight. Run the side straps through the utility loops on the bottom and pull all the straps tight and you've got an amazing small day pack with great ventallation and a solid bladder support. Or load it up tall and use it how it's supposed to be used and it works even better. Works great both ways. I mention this cause it's convenient for when you drop most your gear at a base camp to summit hills. I love everything about this pack and it works great for all situations except long excursions where you need larger than a 65. | |

| This pack is great! Very comfortable pack. With 40 pounds of gear it held up well. The back panel makes it a little hard to organize gear in the pack, but is well worth the comfort it affords. | |

"Minimalist pack in mind, saweet" |

| This pack is awesome! It streamlines to your back very well and man does it breathe!! When packed it sits very comfortable on the hips and shoulders, stick to 30 lbs or less tho, after that, the shoulder harnesses are thin and dig in a bit, totally tolerable though. This is a great way to make sure you take nothing but the essentials! I wish I had velcro lips so I could kiss it. | |

| i just recently purchased this pack and im glad i did..i hate it when you are hiking and after a couple hours of hiking the back of the shirt is always sweaty.. but not this pack because there is mesh where it rubs against the body so it still feels good... | |

| This was the first pack I ever bought, and I am EXTREMELY happy to say the least. It it super light, really strong and extremely comfortable. A good assortment of pockets, but not over done. The compressions straps are awsome at keeping the gear tight, no matter if the pack is stuffed for week trips or if your just using it for a day hike. I recommend to anyone looking for a lightweight pack to choose Osprey. | |

| I received my pack about a week and a half ago and have already used it for an overnighter. Right out of the box the Osprey suspension system fit my back and hips like a tailored glove. Lightweight and uber comfortable this pack has plenty of room for all of my gear with a little room to spare for some extra tighty whities, all while dispersing every mile bound pound evenly and securely. The mesh venting back panel keeps that spring breeze flowing through my lustrous back hair all the while keeping me nice and cool while hiking. If you are looking to upgrade your pack you should look no further, the Atmos 65 is powerhouse on the trail and will not disappoint. | |

| This backpack is a great upgrade from my external. It is very light and has so much space. I can fit all my gear in for a 4-5 day trip and still have room for the non essentials. I love the suspension system and when packed well puts no pressure on your shoulders making your pack feel weightless. Great pack for weekend to week long trips. | |
