"Simple, clean, sweet. Best used for flat applications, but adaptable." 04/21/11

Bought these for our Yaris hatchback and I'm very pleased. The whole system's super stable, sleek-looking, and more integrated than it would be using aftermarket rails. Plus, with the tracks you can slide the towers back and forth to adjust the spread of your crossbars, so you can carry larger, longer loads if you like. Pretty sure these would work flawlessly when installed on a flat [or, at least, flatter] roof/camper top. I had some trouble on the curvaceous Yaris roof, but in the end, it worked out really well. Just be careful that the PlusNuts line up exactly with the holes in the tracks- they bind and become a royal pain if their bolts aren't able to freely spin in and tighten.

"Yakama 60" tracks finish off my custom truck bed 4 Bike Rack installation" 10/20/09

The last piece to the Yakama Bick rack system puzzle is in place. the tracks will be mounted to a 2" x 4" Redwood stock that will lay in the Truck bed of my Dodge RAM 1500 Crew cab with RAM tool side boxes. In order to make use of the Tool side boxes when I have 4 Mountain bikes stowed, this setup needed to be on the floor of the truck bed.The 60" tracks allow maximum adjustment of the 4 High roller Bike Racks so that they can be staggered forward and back, forward and back to accommodate the bike handlebars when loaded close together. needless to say the BIG DAWG is happy!

"Yakima racks are the best out there!" 07/02/08

Excellent product, up to the standards of Yakima. Easy to install and the only way to go for a fiberglass top. Mine went on an International Scout. It would work well for Jeeps or pickups with a hardtop. It is permanent with holes drilled through the vehicle, there is no turning back, so measure carefully!
