"The Safest Rack" 05/26/10
This rack is ultra safe and looks great! I have had many Yakima products and this is the piece that I am the proudest of. This bike mount will allow you to move at high speeds while keeping your bike ultra steady. The wheel strap is really nice that it unhooks on both sides.

The Sprocket Rocket rocks. It works for both my wife's and my road bikes and mountain bikes. I recommend getting the locks for it too. The screw-in type securing mechanism is tedious , but works great. Easy to put on and take off the vehicle.

I was hesitant to buy this rack at first because of the cost difference between it and the lower end yakima racks. I have used both and can say that this one is much better. The ratchet mechanism for the back tire is built much better and is easier to use and the fork mount is much sturdier. Great, well made mount that will last forever. PS fork mounts are the way go, much sturdier and more aerodynamic than the standup mounts.

i wasn't for sure which yakima bike rack. so i tried the sprocket rocket and have no regrets. easy to load bike on and off the rack. i like it so much i ordered another one. and i like the low profile stylish looks. plan on color matching to my car.

I bought this rack about a yearago now and have used it alot. I have taken it on some rough dirt roads and my bike didnt even flintch. I like the fact that when the bike is not on it that the rack cannot be removed from the bars. this rack will accomidate any bike big, small, disc brakes.

Love the sales and the points! Also free shipping is just as fast as upgrading. The new sprocket rocket is exactly what I needed and I feel safe where ever I might take my bikes. Also, you barely have to adjust the skewer, the lever throws it far enough to accept my mt bike fork to my road bike. Looks great too.

The sprocket rocket looks good and is extremely stable. I'm debating ordering the similar Yakima product to replace my King Cobra rack...which I find to be somewhat unstable for my freeride rig.

Great rack. The auto finish is very stylish and is easy to install. Adjustments to fit any bike are simple and easy access. Looked at several of the lower end models before deciding on this one, and the styling, make, and design of this one won me over!
