"Fast Shipping, and Product is Exactly what i needed.!" 03/15/10
I had the hardest time finding a decent bike rack to fit the spare tire on my Jeep Liberty. SO when I found this one i was excited..it fits perfect. It was up and installed in 10 min max. Rack is very durable and I am not at all worried about loosing my bike..which is comforting since i invested a lot of cash into it...would DEF recommend this to ne one looking for a good rack that wont BREAK YOUR WALLET..Moosejaw sent this out the same day i ordered it...and i got it in 4 business days...super fast shipping and processing. exactly what i needed ..Thank you moosejaw..!
"Good bang for the buck!" 06/23/08
Good bike rack though the straps were a pain to tighten down. If they reveresed the order of the straps, it would be easier to get on and tighten. I was able to test it out the other day and did not notice anyone honking their horn or swerving from my bike rack falling off. That could be because my friend John ran behind my car to make sure it wouldn't. He's in great shape now. Actually that didn't happen. I don't even have a friend John. I don't think anyone named John would want to be my friend after what I supposedly did to them. Happy biking.
"Affordable and user friendly, don't waste your time with all the imposters." 09/06/07
Simplicity and functionality at its best! I was in a bind and needed an affordable quality bike rack for a last minute weekend mud fest, and MJ and Yakima came through big. I attatched the Spare Joe in less than five minutes, held my bikes very securely, especially down bumpy northern Michigan two-tracks. I'd recommend this rack to my grandma and she doesn't even have a bike. Love the Madness
"Irreverance is good...we'd all do well to lighten up." 08/06/07
Shipping/packaging and product ya done good...notice the illustration you have of the product installed on a Honda CRV? Removing the spare wheel cover is the FIRST of the manufacturer's instructions. Followed your photo--I never met a moose who lied--and damaged my spare wheel cover at the point of attachment at 1100 o'clock on the first use on a 220 mile venture. Tsk, tsk.
"It doesn't get any better than moosejaw!" 09/08/06
Looked everywhere for this rack after seeing drive by one day and found it on a couple of online sites after days of searching. A bike rack is a bike rack is a bike rack, but a bike rack from Moosejaw is an experience! It started with the way - cool site and then the price matching (really was honored) free shipping, and even the recycled box. But individuality and creative, sincere personal attention makes me wish I lived further north and was into more Moosejaw related sports! I'm working on it and passing you along to as many peeps as I can (I run with some disgustingly fit triatheletes.) Mega thanks from a mega fan!
