This versatile load assist roller makes it painless to get your boats on top of the vehicle, even if you’re loading multiple boats all by yourself. Good but not great because of the fact that it is not complete when it arrives. Careful when buying this item. The ad shows a rack that it is complete, including the two round crossbars connecting the front and back support rack to the rolling rack in the rear. Not so. The two bars are not shipped with the Kayak Rack. This is most likely because the lengh is dependent on your car size and you have no way of knowing what length until you 1 call MooseJaw before ordering or 2 get the order, be upset as I was that they were not included, read the directions, and order the crossbars for another 65 plus shipping. I plan to email Moosejaw so that they correct this in their website.
