"Product is the best bike cartop hauler if Moosejaw would have sent a complete rack." 05/03/11
I already own one Yakima Frontloader and know that it is the easiest cartop bike rack to use. It attaches my 29er, Orbea Lansa, with only touching the bikes tires. No scratched paint. It easily adjusts to 26 inch bikes also and appears to adjust down to 20 inch bike. My suggestion is to buy from a more customer friendly company than Moosejaw. The Frontloader that Moosejaw shipped was incomplete and useless. Their idea to remedy this was to call Yakima to send missing parts. It was very obvious that Frontloader factory box had been opened and bike rack removed and then not repacked correctly before shipping from Moosejaw.
