Good product.Good product, kept bikes very secure from Michigan to Massachusetts. Only downside is directions are based on drawings only. Wish they were a bit more clear.

do you sell an elevated extender I can put on the 2 inch hitch so when I back down my driveway the bottom of the bike rack will not hit the driveway.

Howdy! That's a great question. Yakima does not currently make an elevated extender to raise the racks farther from the ground. The product's manual states to "Drive slowly over speed bumps
5-10mph (8-16 kph) max" and to "Use caution when entering driveways so that bikes do not
contact the ground." If your driveway is steep and you live on a street where you can park for a few minutes, the best thing to do would be to have the rack folded up so you can exit your driveway, then load the bikes once you're in the street. Hope this helps!
