"Great rack, easy to use" 06/12/11
I have thus rack on the back of my jeep. It's super easy to use and the bikes seem very secure. Probably a good idea to somehow secure the front whee or handle bars, as they can swing around in the wind. Takes a bit of time to install/remove, but overall a great product.

So this is our first bike rack, we think it is a descent choice. we bought for our RV. it seems to sit out a little to far and moves a little more than i like sometimes on bumps. my husband i think is going to modify it a little so it doesn't hang out so far. it is pretty easy to get bike's on and off and secure otherwise. i have a womens trek and put it upside down to get it secured, i think there is an attachment to make it a straight bar, which i think i saw on one website when i was looking at these before, with this bar, it would be easier to secure and can be the right way on the rack, i don't have anything to compare to, but overall i would probably buy again

Received the Yakima Doubledown 5 bike rack on schedule and in excellent condition. UPS pre-paid return option was included, that's awesome. Thanks for the chocolate treat.
