The YETI Hopper 30 Cooler is a soft cooler for all your hard travel, cold drink, cool sandwich needs. This softie proves it is much more than just a bag, it's leak proof, insulated, and can take a beating. Pile in 24 cans of whatever looks tasty and combine with ice, for a 2:1 ice to can ratio that will keep 'em all nice and cold. Two strong handles make it simple to grab out of the truck and the durable shoulder strap won't cut into you while going from car to boat. Drag it through the wilderness and the cooler simply can't be bothered by the brush you walk past. Wider at the bottom than the top for a sturdy stance on the ground so it won't tip over while you're busy prepping up for the adventure. Finished with a Hydrolok™ zipper and a U-Dock locking system keeps all that is inside, on the inside. Tie down the cooler using any of the 6 points and speed off for a full, exhilarating day.

Harley Road Trip Buddy!Yeti,
I wanted to let you all know how great it was to finally have a cold drink at will on a Road Trip. WI this weekend was in the upper 80's and driving up north to the camper used to require at least several stops for cold drinks...Until we bought the Hopper 20 to add to the "Must take gear" on these rides.
The perfect size to strap to the back of the bike, holds way more drinks than we would could use on a weekend run (not complaining here) and keeps them cold all day into the night without any problems.
Many thanks, guys. From someone who appreciates "Over Engineering" over "Multiple Purchases" of lesser quality items.

Awesome!I've had my Yeti Hopper 20 for about two months now, I use it every chance I get. Kayaking, boating, hanging with friends, I never ask "hey do you have room in the fridge for my beer?" anymore. It really will hold ice for days. BUT, quality of ice and direct sunlight are a factor in ice retention. However even if I buy low quality ice (pull it out of the freezer and in minutes it's already melting) I can get 2 days out of a bag no problem. I love this thing! I recommend buying the sidekick to store your keys, phone, wallet, etc. Recently purchased a Yeti Tank and I can't wait to receive that and test it out! I'll buy anything Yeti.

Love ItWife wanted one for her birthday in May. Thought it was a little pricey but that's what she wanted an that's what she got. First use was a trip to Fort Benning, Ga where our son was graduateing Air Borne school. Put a twelve pack of soda an bag of ice an this cooler worked great. We sat in sun on bleachers an watched the ceremony an then enjoyed several ice cold drinks. When back to motel an left the next morning with the cooler still being in the pickup, drove 5 hours home. Upon arriving home an cleaning the truck out I took a hold of the cooler an there was still ice floating in the bag. May be pricey but it's worth the extra money.

Perfect for the beachBought this because I live a block from the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. I have had several stretch coolers and they all leak water and get sandy and musty smelling. This works great, keeps ice and everything cold. Don't have to wash the bottom of the cooler due to it leaking water and sand sticking to it. I love it! The only draw back that I see is that the zipper is a little sharp but I have heard it dulls some over time. Maybe could of done a little better on putting the zipper around the outer portion so that you could stick your hand in their better. Only minor complaints. Overall amazing cooler and perfect for what I want it for.

Slick Rick from
Deer camp savior!I bought my first yeti Product the hopper 30 and it has been the best cooler I've ever taken to deer camp. I put 18 beers inside and a ton of ice and it lasted for 3 days and still had icy water cold enough to add more beer and turn the mountains blue. Nothing like waking up to an ice cold beer! (P.S) For all the reviews that say, "its hard to get stuff in" Or "its to stiff", clearly didn't read the info yeti provided. It states in the packet you received when you bought your yeti, that the Materials need time to be broken in(because the quality of the material is so good). It gets easier every time, I promise you. Good day Y'all!

Primary Handle Wrap or Collar NeededI recently received the Hopper 30 as an early Father's Day gift. Although I have not used it yet, I am pretty sure based on reputation, it will be great at cooling items and resisting the abuse of duck hunting, fishing, and travel trips.
However, I find the lack of a primary handle collar or wrap to be a deficit of this product. Most high-end and even mid-priced gear bags, blind bags, duffles, wader bags, luggage, soft-sided coolers, etc. have this feature so users don't waste time chasing handles when packing or moving the item from vehicle to boat to blind and back. Not a big deal and I will make my own, but it would have been nice as a standard feature.

love this lil girl!!Just received the 20qt Hopper last Sunday, I own a 65 tundra and a roadie already, so I prob would have never gotten a hopper if I didn't recive as a gift. But know that I own one, ill always have one. It being soft sided, its easy to carry, holds plenty of ice and beer, and alot easier to carry. I've filled with ice and drinks and carried with shoulder strap and is very comfortable, unlike other coolers ive carried that's that heavy. I was a lil nervous about it holding ice a long time being the top isn't thick insulated, but no worries, holds ice gor days. Now if they just hurry up and get colsters back in stock, ill be set!

DISAPPOINTINGI was excited about getting this gift for Christmas as I am a beach bum so was ready for the Florida summer. I was very disappointed first with the zipper. The zipper should go end to end of the bag so the opening can be wider. I struggle loading my bag because it really doesn't open up wide enough. Secondly, my first use of the bag was spent on the beach in April. Not really that hot in Florida in April. My ice was melted within 3 hours of being on the beach. I had it under my umbrella and had a towel over it and the ice still melted. I have used it 2 other times since, but not really liking the bag mainly due to the zipper.
