Glad I Made This PurchaseI've owned the Western Mountaineering Antelope MF bag for about the past 10 years and I LOVE it. It's warm, comfortable, light for it's 5 degree rating, and the micro-fiber shell is very water resistant.,,,,However, for summer car camping and most backpacking trips, it's just a bit too warm. So I decided to save both space and weight in my pack by getting a 25 degree Alder MF bag. After using it this past July 4th weekend on a 2 night backpack trip in the Rocky Mountain Indian Peaks, I can say that I LOVE it, too!,,,,At less than 2 lbs. it's extremely lightweight and packs up small. And the rectangular style is such a pleasure to bend your knees in and roll around in without taking the bag in circles with you. The mummy's are great for the cold, but I *never* use the hood in the summer... so it makes so much sense to save on weight and space and do without it. And this past weekend I was totally comfy on an ultralight Thermarest in our tent.,,,,All in all I'm very glad I made this purchase!
