Barefoot, incognitoI am a barefooter but I work in a hospital and my crazy toed VFFs are a no-no. I bought the ViVo Barefoots in an effort to achieve maximal ground feel with minimal weird looks. So far they have been GREAT! They are stiffer than my VFFs but pretty good for ground feedback after I took out the inserts. They are cute enough to elicit compliments from people - they look like a cross between a low profile sneaker and a martial arts shoe. I normally wear a 37 but sized up to a 38 for a perfect fit. So far they seem to be quality workmanship. I have yet to run in them so I don't know how they will stand up to running. Overall, a decent shoe for barefooters trying to go incognito.

AmazingI have now been running in these shoes for 3 weeks. I love them. They are incredibly light and give your feet their natural movement when running. I have small feet but a wide forefoot, these shoes let my toes splay out naturally with out any blisters or rubbing. These will be my half marathon race shoes and training shoes. I wear a 37 in most shoes and the 37 for me fit great maybe a tad extra room in toe box but I think a 36 would have been too tight in the toe box. I'll add more as I put more mileage in with these shoes...and run in the rain this winter with them..they're supposed to be waterproof so interested in seeing how they work with rain/snow.

Good barefoot shoe - roomy toe boxI bought a pair of Neos a couple of years ago and they wore out. I've been searching for another pair for a while, and finally found the right size (for a nice price!) and bought them here. I like this older style from Vivo for the wide toe box - the newer styles are thinner and don't fit my feet as well. I also like that I feel like a penguin in these shoes, somehow.
