Lightweight, comfortableThese are stylish and comfortable; the sole is super lightweight and decently flexible. The main purpose of them is for gym activities - weight lifting, cross fit, boot camp classes, etc. The leather overlays of the LR don't serve much purpose, but I really like the aesthetics. I do think, however, that the tops might be a bit more durable with the kanga leather. (Just don't be taken aback by people who are taken aback by the use of kangaroo leather. Encourage them to get friendly with your feet and feel how soft it is.),,,,Men, it's okay. Get the black on black and pretend like you don't notice people staring at your womanly feet.

I love the Vibram Five Fingers Women's JayaI am a male and I love the Vibram Five Fingers Women's Jaya. They are so comfortable and are great for indoor workouts. I sometimes use them to Jog on the treadmill and now they are my go to shoe when I jump rope. I would describe the JAYA as a Hybrid of the MOC and the Bikila (I own both). They are an indoor shoe but in my opinion they are ok to wear on an occasional quick trip to the store. A precise measurement of your foot is a must to make sure they fit. I ordered the largest size (42) and had to stretch them out just a little bit and now they fit like a glove. I canât believe Moosejaw is selling them at this price. I love them so much I just ordered two.

Comfy, Awesome, Maybe not so great for serious exploration...LOVE THESE SHOES!! If these are your first pair of vibrams they're a fantastic starter shoe to get you adjusted. I usually wear these shoes walking across campus at school or just my average errands around town. The extra traction pads (no idea what to call them) on the bottom of the shoe allow you to walk on rocks with ease. My first pair was the original black vibrams and the sole of the shoe was so thin it hurt to walk on gravel. But I still wore them anyways due to the sheer awesomeness that is vibram five fingers :) All in all, awesome shoe, great price, and I'm staying away from the white pair because I know they would be brown within the first week of buying them!

From clumsky kitty to agile monkey?I tell my friends I was turned away from the WNBA because they couldn't afford me, when in truth it's my lack of cat-like agility... oops. I've considered wearing a medical alert bracelet because someone once called 911 after mistaking a groove session for a seizure.,,Amazingly, now that Iâve switched to âtoe shoes,â I have a sense of balance and maybe even agility! I can hang onto the floor/trail/grocery store floor/etc. better, use my toes, and keep a real sense of balance. Not magic, itâs taking work, but I feel like I'm actually a bit more coordinated because of swapping my shoes. Prepare to look a little silly and have to THINK about walking, but it might just pay off in the end.

Great Looking ShoeHowever, they didn't work for me in my size. I'm a size 8 in sandals; 8.5 - 9 in closed shoes and boots, read 39 - 40 in Euro sizing. I tried these in 40 but had so much room in the heel that I returned. Purchased from Moosejaw in 39, and it about convinced me to cut my third toe off and throw it away! I walked in them for half a day. Thinking I just needed to break them in, I slipped them on 3 days later, and foot memory had them off my dawgs in 5 seconds flat! It's a shame because I really do like the look of them, very sleek. Perhaps I will exchange them and go back to the 40s, we'll see.

I look like Wolverine and feel pretty much as badassThis is my 3rd pair of VFFs (Sprints, Bikilas, Jaya LRs). I love ALL of my Vibrams, hence my growing collection, but these have quickly become my favorite pair, being the lightest and the coolest looking. I use them for casual wear, travel and fitness. I'm size 37 in all, but there is some variation in size. Jaya LRs fit me more snuggly than Bikilas and about the same as Sprints. They require some break-in time! I was initially worried about them getting too dirty, and although they still wouldnât be my first choice for outdoor sports/activities, I happened to be wearing them on a spontaneous semi-muddy hike once, and they came out of the washing machine as brightly white and good as new!

Look Great, Feel Great, Didn't Hold Up In The WashThese are the lightest and most flexible Vibram's I own. I received many compliments on these shoes are they are so unique looking and more attractive than regular toe shoes. I wore them as walking shoes for a vacation and also for an 8K road race. They performed beautifully for all occasions and were very comfortable. The first time I washed them (machine wash warm as suggested by Vibram), I took them out and most of the grey color from the leather had come off (mostly from the right shoe) and it felt sticky to the touch. Now they just look like crap and I'm waiting for Vibram to get me an exchange. Anyone else have issues with washing these shoes or did I just get a really funky pair?

GOOD VIBRAM INTROThe style is much sleeker and modern than they look in pictures. My poor pinkies don't have enough room though, and are in constant pain from being smashed. Otherwise, for the price that Moosejaw offers Jaya's for, I think it is a steal and a great opportunity to introduce yourself to Vibram shoes. You really do feel closer to nature. They fit like a glove, are extremely lightweight, and really do work out muscles that would otherwise have stayed atrophic in your traditional sneakers. I will be anxiously waiting on Moosejaw to put another great pair of Vibram sale.
