Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all purpose minimalist kicks! These are great cross-training minimalist kicks. They are great for everything from running (trail or pavement), to jumping, to flying. Red Bull doesn't give you wings, it gives you diabetes. Vibram FF KomodoSports give you wings. ,,These shoes have slightly more padding in the insole than the Bikilas, but it is hard to notice the difference. The fit is also slightly different. I wear a 42 in the Bikilas, and the 42 is a little more snug in the KomodoSports. ,,If you're looking to convert to Vibram's, these are a great option due to the increased support and padding when compared to the Bikilas. They are versatile and... Just buy them already!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool and very comfy shoes (with limited uses). When I first donned these odd-looking shoes, my heart leapt. My feet felt free--like they were being cuddled without being strangled. Yet, they seemed strangely protected. What was this madness? I had to have them.,,I have worn these Komodos in a variety of environments, and while they have always proven comfortable, they are not a very versatile shoe. They do well in sandy terrain, until you try to clean them out, they are great around-town shoes, they function very well in water, but I warn you: these are not meant for the mountains. Do not trail run or hike on rocky terrain in these, unless you want to stub your toes frequently.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best vibrams These are the most comfortable of all the vibrams by far. Not very good for creek crossing because the insert comes loose but great for hiking running or just walking around town, they are also the best camp shoe you can buy. vibrams stretch when you walk around in them and the two straps help keep them tight on your foot. If you buy these don't put them on and start running your legs and feet will hurt a lot because of the new muscles being used just walk around in them for a couple weeks then feel free to use them in your work out. After three months I can definitely see a difference in my legs and feel a difference in my back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Take a bit to get used to, but awesome to run in. I just got these shoes, and love them so far. It takes a minute to get used to having your toes separated, but after that it feels comfy and natural. I took them on a two mile run for an initial trial, and though light and easy to use, it does take a while to adjust to the impact on your feet. The other thing that is helpful is to read about how to break them in. After running, I my calfs were sore, but predominately on the inside part of my calf. Having played sports my whole life, it is a bit of a transition to flat heels, but with time they work and feel great. I look forward to running in these shoes for the forseeable future. Everyone should get a pair!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great all around-everyday wear I love these foot covers. I wore these for a trip through east Tennessee last week. The first day I wore them walking in urban environments at the aquarium and through the shops of Chattanooga. Then spent a day dragging my children though the Hiawassee River which these shoes were great for traction in the water and I did not feel the drag that water shoes cause. The last day we spent hiking while crossing creeks and walking on moss covered rock while carrying two children and we all lived to talk about it and best part no concussions. These shoes have great grip in any conditions dry quick and are awesome comfy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost forget I'm wearing shoes. I purchased these for my upcoming trip to Hawaii to use as water and hiking shoes, but after instantly putting them on I now see many more uses for them. While you are getting them on and into place they feel a little awkward at first but once they are in place they feel like no other shoe I've worn. Running in these is definitely something to get used to as well but for the better. As they are designed to decrease the force put on your heal by moving your impact spot towards the front of your foot. I ran on pavement, grass, mud and sand and all felt great. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone that is active as they have many uses and are easily washed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally found a style that fit! Over the past year, I've tried on several different models of Vibram Five Fingers. The KSO's had a seam along the arch that rubbed wrong, so I didn't buy those. The raised nubs on the Treksport sole were uncomfortable). Maybe I'm just picky. Anyway, these Komodo Sports are the best I've worn. I wore them tonight walking around town after dinner and haven't had any problems with anything rubbing wrong or creating blisters. I'm not a big runner. Bought these mostly for wearing around town during the summer. Very comfortable so far. I ordered the yellow color. The online pic makes them look like neon yellow, but the shoes are more of a matte yellow... not quite gold, but not neon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best pair of multi-purpose shoes I have ever owned. I was a skeptic at first but, my wife swore by them. I tried my first pair on and fell in love. Since then I have worn them at the beach, touring caverns, rock climbing and repelling off cliffs, even hunting and fishing. They keep my feet well protected while giving me the mobility and feel of being barefoot. They have kept my wife's back in line and pain free for over a year. Her Chiropractor is now recommending these shoes to all his patients with chronic back pains due to better posture alignment of the foots natural arch instead of a shoe forcing your arch to go in a direction it's not supposed to go. My wife now owns 4 pair while I am still on my first pair, I am ready to order more.
