Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoes/sandals/toe-thingys that get all the heads turning! These shoes will get everyone looking at you! From the wearer's perspective, they REALLY strengthen your feet and legs. Everyone that sees you out and about in them will think you are slightly eccentric, but REALLY into what you do.,,Pros: strengthening feet/legs, coolness factor, individual compartments for each toe, having total strangers ask you what you are wearing, admiration from that girl/guy in high school that you always secretly wanted, but never built up enough courage to talk to.,,Cons: you can feel every small piece of rock, stick, etc. under your foot; belligerent passerbys telling you that you have on socks, when in fact you have on a shoe/thing.,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best snow, ice, mud, rain trial shoe EVER The neoprene on the Flows acts like a wet suit for your feet. Once they get wet, your body heat helps keep your feet warm in cold conditions. Some of my best runs were on the trails after the snow. I love looking back and seeing my footprint in the snow. I can only imagine what others think when they come by. Yeti!! You should know that these are not waterproof, so you feet will get wet. They will not keep your feet warm if you just stand around, and don't expect hot feet in cold conditions. I recommend pre-wetting your feet before going out in snowy/icy conditions. If you are wearing them indoors, expect your feet to get hot, though. Oh, and camo is cool!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for low impact activity These shoes are awesome, don't get me wrong, but there isn't much cushioning. The grip is good and they feel good when you're walking, but if the surface is rocky it's not very comfortable; the rocks will poke your feet. That aside, these things are awesome for dirt trails, climbing, and other low impact sports (though I've seen people play rugby in them). I've climbed trees with these and it feels great. Putting them on will make you feel like spiderman, you want to climb everything. Nice unique product, but I'd like to see them in the $50 dollar range instead of the $100 range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fivefingers warm enough for a Michigan winter. I love these. They are a little snug a first but once they break in a little (takes a couple times) they are awesome. Toes that can move and stay toasty warm even in snow you can't beat that. They are great for running in the winter or just goofing around outside. They can be a little trickier to put on than the KSO's but SO worth the small amount of extra effort to be able to wear VFF's year round. A pair of these can make those cold weather runs so much more enjoyable, and they make cool footprints in the snow. I would definitly recommend these.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fat Phalanges Need Not Apply Got these last winter as the temps began to drop and I had become very enamored of my Vibram Sprints and KSOs and wanted something to keep the feetsies a bit warmer. They are warmer, definitely. They are also very, very unforgiving for those of us with overweight big toes. I'm sure no sausage meat has ever felt as constricted as my big toes in these shoes. The other toes are fine, the big'uns suffocate. It's a great warmer barefoot shoe for those with lean digits or chubby toes and a penchant for cruel shoes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These are water shoes, not vibrams! If you are used to vibrams light material on top, you are going to be terribly suprised by the weight and heat of this material. It isn't breathable, and it's extremely hot, but in the water they're awesome. If you have big toes, these are not the shoes for you. They are extremely tight on your feet. For their purpose of being an awesome water shoe, these things are the best. They are quick drying, durable, and moveable. But they're water shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from five fingers for life. I love them. my first pair i ordered was back in 2008 and I absolutely love them. I use them to run, workout. obstacle course events, got to Walmart, etc. Basically all the time. I currently own 4 pairs of five fingers. the KSO's, Flows and 2 pairs of spyridons(one orande and one green). worth every penny. they take some time to get use to them but they are the best shoe out there. 11 out of 10. best invention ever for keeping in shape.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Terribly Tight Toes If you have skinny toes and want a great shoe, these are for you. If you prefer some breathability and have regular toe girth I would say pass. I would also try staying away from the word girth around friends. I tried these out around the house for several days and had to send them back. My toes would start hurting after just a few minutes. The rest of the vibrams seem to fit most toes sizes great.
