Product did not fit after ONE useI returned this product after one use; the shoe did not fit & was too tight. only to receive a phone call a few days later stating:,,,,"This shoe has been used multiple times." .,,,,I was encouraged by how the return policy on Moosejaw was written, only to find that in reality, returning products is far more complicated than I was led to believe. Not only that - the customer service representative that called me, was highly disrespectful and did not seek any information at from me. His goal in calling was to simply inform me that they would be returning the product and he didn't seem to care about finding any other amicable solution.

Don't trust the sizing guide.I bought these after having heard and read good things about them. Each of my feet measured 11 1/8 inches (from heel to longest toe) and the sizing guide indicated a measurement of 11 1/4 inches converts to a size 45 so that is what I ordered. IUpon receipt, I put the shoes on and while they initially felt fine around the house, once I started walking outside with them, I started experiencing uncomfortable pressure on the tip of my longest toes - first on one foot and then on the other. If you're thinking about ordering these and your longest toe is NOT your big/great toe, I'd order up a size over what the sizing guide recommends.

Redesigns Movement!!!So I bought a pair about 6 months ago, and its the best footwear decision that I have made thus far!! Its true, the first 2 weeks, there is a bit of rubbing on the back of the heel (Only on the Classics really, but I LOVE the minimalist design). But after your heel skin thickens up a bit, its smooth sailing people. ,,,,I am a lifeguard year round and i use them for running, walking, laying around the house, etc. They STAY on my feet. I'm sure they are not for everyone, but building the muscles of your feet (You know, the muscles that advance your ENTIRE BODY EVERYDAY!!) to enhance nearly every aspect of movement???? Sounds like a GREAT idea to me!! ,,

Must buy! These shoes helped me out very much. I would have to say that if I didn't have these then my life would be over right now. As a PoW this is all I was able to sneak in to my prison(Don't ask me how). After escaping I walked thousands of miles and still these shoes were in perfect condition. I believe if I owned any normal shoe my feet would of rotted from many diseases, but with its patented quick drying technology I didn't have to worry while wading through swamps and other wetlands. I finally made it to India after my journey from Syria and I didn't thank God. I thanked Moosejaw and their Vibram Five Fingers Men's Classic shoes.

sweet, but can hurt, and the tails are annoying...five fingers are pretty sweet, everybody says so, so it must be right...right?,,it is pretty much like your barefoot, i bought them for wearing while in my playboat, as my tevas would make my feet go crazy numb, needless to say these are a biggg improvement.,,,,the classics tightening setup is a stretchy cord that runs all around the opening of the shoe, when tightened down a lot, it can dig into the top of your foot and hurt...a lot other than that, when they are tightened down the tails can be very annoying when your walking, but this can be remedied by tying an overhand knot into the strings to take up some of that excess,,

They make me want more pairs of VibramsTook me a day to get used to, but I really enjoy wearing them. They're more rough on my feet than normal shoes but it's expected. They are washable, which is AWESOME because they will start to smell funky. I kind of wish I at least got the KSO because with the open top it feel more like a slipper than a shoe, which makes it looks a bit funnier. I don't like how the little tab on the back doesn't stay down like in the picture. It always sticks out and is shifted to one side. Also the logo on the inside rubs against my food and is a little annoying, but I would definitely still recommend this or any other pair of Vibrams.

Grippy, flexible, fits normal feet like a gloveOverall very pleased with these shoes. They've seen wet, dry, mud and sand and have done well in all those conditions. ,,,,Since you don't wear socks with these shoes, you have to soap them up periodically to get the footy odor out. ,,,,Expect some level of muscle soreness in your feet (for the first week) if you're transitioning from normal shoes. If you already go barefoot, these are just more armor for the soles of your feet without sacrificing flexibility. ,,,,The generic five fingers shoes that are on the market now are not built as well as these vibram shoes. Get the real deal, you'll be glad you did.

Great Innovative ProductThe Men's classics (not the women's, which dig into your Achilles) are fantastic. My husband has gone through 3 pairs of Classics over the last few years (his casual AND running shoes) and 2 pairs of the other styles for our long distance hiking trips. Best for more casual everyday uses as they are the least flashy of all models. ,,,,Make sure when barefoot running in them not to drag your toe at all or the top material rips. Company should perhaps use a slightly more durable material on top of toe. Some newermodels have a plasticy material where the toenail would be to help do this.,,,,
