The Therm-a-Rest Women's TrailLite Mattress is a lightweight sleeping pad for comfort while backpacking, car camping, kayaking, and all your other favorite outdoor activities. The self-inflating sleeping pad has a durable inflation valve, just open it up and lay the pad flat while you set up the rest of your camp. When you return from fetching water, the pad should be ready for a few extra puffs from your lungs to adjust the firmness. The women's pad features less die-cuts at the hip, torso and foot sections, providing additional warmth where the ladies (or cold sleepers) need it most. The R-Value of 4.9 gives much needed separation between yourself and the cold ground. Enjoy your slumber upon this comfy mattress that is made in the good, old U.S. of A.

No. Just....no.I'm 5'4, 138 pounds so I fit well on this particular thermarest. That's about the best thing I can say for it. The combination of the thermarest material and my sleeping bag material literally made me slip and slide all around and off this b*tch all night long. The worst sleep I've ever gotten on a camping trip. It's very well made...but when it met my sleeping bag it royally hated me.
