Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value I got this pad for my boyfriend. He's 6'1'' and this the large a great size for him. Not only will his feet and head stay on the pad, he has room on the sides so he won't fall off the pad. Of course, this won't fit in a lot of backpacking tents because of its length. I would check the measurements of your tent if you're at all worried. We have the Marmot Limelight 3 and it fits fine. Also, this is moderately comfortable; my boyfriend can fall asleep anywhere, so the comfort level is fine for him. You can't really feel the ground under it, but it's by no means cushy. The major downside is that this packs down pretty large, and it's pretty hard to get in the stuff sack. We actually ripped the seams trying to get it back in the first time. Woops. Overall, a solid 4 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pad for the money. I upgraded to this pad from a very less durrable field and stream pad that lasted on season and got a hole. I thought about the Pro-lite Plus but didn't want to spend the extra money. The Trail-lite is equally as comfortable (my dad has a Pro-lite which I compared it with) although a little bulky. Overall I m happy with my investment and think the little extra space and weight it take up in my pack was worth the money saved. Money saved means gas to get me to a place where I can use it again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This was my first one...not my last There is a lot left to be wanted after getting this pad and using it for a couple of years. It wasn't that thick, didn't keep me that warm, didn't roll up to a small size at all, and wasn't very self-inflating. I did get the matching Therm-A-Rest chair system, but never really used it because it would always get dirty around the campfire....thus making my tent and sleeping bag dirty. ,,,,There are better pads out there at the same price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have for any type of camping. Great for packing Makes sleeping outdoors 100 times better. I chose the Trail Lite Sleeping Pad so when I do take it backpacking it will fit in my pack. It's also is great for everyday camping. This sleeping pad makes a nice barrier in between the ground and your sleeping bag. It kept me very warm in early spring weather. Just remember to clear the ground of any sharp or pointed objects they can and will puncture the pad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect Thermarest for trekking I believe this to be the perfect sized thermarest for treks of any length. Packs up small and weighs less than two pounds. Back was kind of sore after the very first use but I was expecting that to be the case. However, the next four nights I spent on the trails near Salida Colorado, I woke up rested and the only slight soreness I felt was due to the hike. Great self inflating sleeping pad!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome pad I am very pleased with this sleeping pad, it compacts very small in its included stuff sack and didn't take up too much room in my bag. It got a little wet from morning dew but dried by mid-morning without an issue. I'm a side sleeper and the pad was more than enough to keep me comfortable all night. One warning: your friends may try to steal it from you so watch out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light, durable, comfortable. I bought this from my buddy who had used it for a year already. It had punctured on him once - he patched it and that patch is still going strong. I have used the product in Nepal and the USA - on the tops of buses, on dirt floors, and straight on the ground. It holds air throughout the night. It packs up small - about 7"x 7" x 10".

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good pad, solid value I have this pad and use it backpacking. Very comfortable and warm. It has never leaked and stays full all night long. My only complaints are that it is bulky compared to the newer pads and it is a little slick with a sleeping bag on it. Other than that it is a great pad.
