The NeoAir Trekker is extremely compact and lightweight, and features a durable yet supple fabric that is ideal for backpackers, globetrotters and campers.

"A great pad for constant temperatures" 04/28/12
I took this pad to the desert last year and one thing I noticed is that when the temperature takes large swings at night (around 30 degrees), the pad will deflate a bit. Not a big deal since the pad is very comfortable and the lightest thing out there. I would rate this a strong buy.
"Worth the effort of blowing up!" 04/09/12
While it is not self inflating the space it saves along with the big thick amount of cushion make up for it. It take a few more than 5 breaths like I have heard people say but it really inflates in no time at all. Reminds me of the sleep number because you can easily inflate or deflate to your level of firmness!
"Incredibly light and feels like a real bed!!!" 03/23/12
Up until a few months ago I used to use a yoga mat as a sleeping pad and because I practically live outdoors I finally decided to invest in a decent one. I've been using it almost every day since I bought it and am very pleased, it really feels like a luxurious airbed to say the least. The only two downsides to this are that it's not self-inflating and I can get a bit light-headed after I'm through blowing it up, and because it's strictly an airbed my bum will usually be touching the ground if it's not blown up all the way (although I've never felt cold due to this). This is a great choice if you want to sleep well and pack light.
"Great for Backpacking Excursions" 01/21/12
I bought the large torso version of this to get the lightest option for my weeklong trips into the backcountry. Weighs next to nothing but performs fantastically in the field. Material is thin but it's held up well on multiple trips. Would definitely recommend to the weight-obsessive hikers like myself.
"Best Pad I Have Ever Graced With My Ass" 01/15/12
This pad is amazing! It may seem a little pricy compared to other sleeping pads, but can you really put a price on a good night's sleep?! I have the size long, and my 6'3" frame easily fits in a mummy bag with room to spare. It packs down extremely small and comes with a nifty stuff sack. It is self inflating, so it takes a few minutes to inflate. As long as you take it slow and don't go gonzo trying to inflate it in 20 seconds you will be fine. It is made of very tough material and distributed my weight very nicely... which led to the best night's sleep I have gotten out on the trail.
"the most comfortable pad in my 24 years of backpacking. great sale price" 12/06/11
I have used Ridgerests for decades and sometimes a 10 year old Thermarest. I bought the Trekker (regular size) about 3 weeks ago and used it in the Shenandoah Park on 12/2 with NO tent and vinyl ground cloth and 20F down sleeping bag. No wind and low temp of 30F and light frost at 3 AM. A most comfortable night and no cold problems beneath me. This has the least R rating and absolutely no complaints on anything. It took 35 breathes to infllate it. Go treat yourself and buy one!
"Like sleeping on a cloud" 12/03/11
I used this pad in the BWAC and if none of you have ever been up there there are rocks everywhere. Out of the seven nights that i was there i found out the next morning that there were rocks exactly where my hip would have been the last night. with over 2 inches of seperation from the ground and my body there was no contact with the ground. this pad rolls up ridiclously small and is very lightweight i would refer anyone to get it. Now that the review is over try to find the NMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMNMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMhave fun!!!
"Awesome nights sleep." 10/02/11
This is the fourth pad I have gotten. Went from egg crate, to foam, to a mummy pad, but this is definitely the best pad I have ever used. Super light and comfy. I would recommend this pad to anyone who likes to sleep well in the outdoors.
"I woke up and thought I was in my bed at home. Talk about confusing." 09/29/11
After dealing with my last two pads I heard a friend mention this one. I can't imagine how something so thin is so comfortable. Must be magic. I swear I could trash my mattress at home and just sleep on this thing. I'm a side-sleeper and my shoulders don't get tired or numb with this pad. If you don't like the pad you have, try this badboy.
"everything i wanted in a sleeping pad" 09/13/11
super comfy, light, and compact, almost like sleeping on a plastic marshmallow. can be a bit squeaky if you move around a lot, but overall i couldn't be happier with the purchase. don't buy if you really hate inflating your sleeping pad though, this things takes at least 15 breaths.
"Good nights sleep" 09/10/11
I was so surprised at how comfortable these sleeping pads are. I needed something light weight for my trek through the mountain, and so I went with this. I did not know that I would be able to lay on my side, and still not feel the ground beneath me. What a great relief. Now my wife will actually go camping with me and not complain the whole time. I got one for each of us.
"love it! Kept me comfy and kozy while backpacking at Denali, didn't take up too much space in my pack" 08/18/11
This was an $$ investment to hopefully have max comfort while backpacking at Denali with minimal weight and space...and I was so pleased with my investment. This is the best pad I've ever slept on and will always be on my camping trips wheather backpacking or base camping. I also invested in the therm-a-rest pillow and loved it too...made a huge diffrence in my sleeping experiance having a good pillow...which in turn made my days of hiking better due to a good nights rest!...They are worth investing in!
