Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it, but my wife... I almost gave this a 4 star but I can't. I love this pad. I've had it for years with no leaks or punctures. If I'm not in ultralight mode (which is usually) I pair it with the Z-Lite for comfort and protection in the summer, and added warmth in the winter. Cozy, light, and packs down to the size of a water bottle. My wife hates it because it is one of the older models and it is loud. I admit that it does make a lot of crunchy noise if you roll around. But the positives out weigh that, and I think that problem was solved in newer models.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even bugs like to sleep on it! I bought this item to go for a longboardtrek in Croatia. Since i needed very light gear i choose the Therm-a-rest neo air trekker. Since the gear is so light i was very surprised by the fact that it supported my body very well. It is super handy and folds into a super small package to carry! i just love it! It kept my backpack light and my back warm and comfy during the night! Even the local fauna and flora couldn't resist my Therm-a-rest some nights :D

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Back Country Comfort I recently used my NeoAir Trekker, large torso, on a 5 day hike on the Foothills Trail in South Carolina. I was very pleased with the way I was able to adjust my comfort level with the valve. I also used the little 2+ oz pump, purchased separately, instead of blowing my own breath into it. A great combination! Folded, the pad works well in the back pocket of my G4 backpack. This is it for me!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super lightweight comfort, not so durable After 35 years of camping, climbing, mountainbike-packing and skiing, I've gone through the gamut of mattresses, both air and foam. Since most of my nights outside are spent during the three season period, the R Value of the TR Neo-Air trekker is just fine, and I rarely get cold anyways. But the compressability and weight (or lack of) is where this air mattress really shines, and even at full length. No more 3/4 length air mattress for me! I love this thing, it packs up smaller than a Denny's tea mug. My only beef with it is the same with any other air mattress, only more so because the materials are so thin - it easily punctures. I expect this out of most air mattresses now and so I always carry a thin Evazote foamy to put on the ground first, then air mattresses on top. In my experience I have a 50/50 chance of puncturing any mattress when out on a backcountry camping trip. So I bring a patch kit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lasts for years!! my #1 must have for traveling. So important to have when backpacking not knowing where your sleeping for the night. Came in very handy when I had to sleep in a airport for a night, camping or just ended up with a miserable bed at a hostel. it took me threw 3 1/4 years and 20countries. i could sleep anywhere and sleep great :)) life saver so many times! And takes up hardly any space!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way beyond expectations I bought this pad to replace an old foam pad. I wanted something super small and light since I'm transitioning into backpacking. This mat is unbelievably comfortable, even on rocks and roots, you can't feel the ground, even when on your side. I can't believe I waited so long. Doesn't hurt that it packs down super tiny and light. I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You should own this! I have been doing research h for long time as I wanted to get myself the best sleeping pad. I end up choosing this thermarest trekker. I bought the largest size. For me it is a little expensive than its competitor, however, the quality is something I needed. It is so comfort till my dog (Australian sliky terrier) are sleeping on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Backpacker's must have! Bought this in January 2015 and have made several backcountry trips this summer in Banff and Jasper National Parks. It's compact for travel and very comfortable and easy to inflate/deflate. It's my third Thermarest in as many decades and I still have my first two that I use for car camping. Great investment!
