It is a miniature version of a Therm-A-Rest ProLite mattress that rolls up neatly to fit in your pocket and self-inflates in a few seconds to provide a comfortable seat. Weighing in at only 3 oz, this Therm-A-Rest seat is ultralight. This seat is big comfort in a tiny package. Like baby shoes. Unless those are uncomfortable, I don’t really remember.

"Why sit on the ground when this fits anywere, even your pocket." 10/19/11

This handle little pad is perfect for any outdoor adventure. Rolls up small, weighs next to nothing, and is self inflating. Made from the same material and the pro light sleeping pad this thing is durable and comfortable. This mat has foam inside which insulates nice in the winter, makes for a nice cooshy seat for your tooshy, and inflates the pad when you are ready to use it. I think once the foam does its thing, it takes one breath to inflate this to maximum capacity. If you carry a backpack in the woods like me it fits in any compartment or even in your pocket if youre low on space. whichever your preference its small enough to take anywhere for your outdoor comfort.

"A Chunk of the Acclaimed Thermarest Prolite!" 09/11/11

This is basically a small portion of the Thermarest Prolite pad! I use this at games, while camping, or even at the park! Its super comfy and will support you well. It only takes a few puffs to fully inflate. Then, when you are through, it pack down SO TINY.

"Totally awesome!" 06/30/11

I LOVE the Therma-rest Lite Seat! It provides lots of cushion, keeps my butt dry (I often sit on wet logs living here in Washington) and is small enough to fit in my coat pocket. I also have a Therma-rest Trail Seat. It's nice and works well but isn't small like the Lite Seat. The Lite Seat is the way to go if you're interested in comfort and size.

"This a compact lightwieght camp seat for all occasions" 06/23/10

I love this seat. I use it every way seating is not available. It folds up to the size of a soda can. Comfortable on many surfaces. I had to buy a second one for the wife. The kids will borrow it and have to get it over of there bag and put it back in mine. 5 stars..

"Small and Light yet Durable" 03/30/10

This seat is great! Very small when rolled up, very light, and inflates in 5 seconds flat (maybe 10 but still fast). I love this thing. I stuff it in one of my water bottle holders on the side of my pack, and if we stop for a rest on the trail, I whip it out and everyone gasps because it is so SMALL! No but seriously you can rest in comfort on a 10 minute break, or at the end of a long day on the trail because it blows up and deflates so fast, you would be foolish if you didn't pull it out everytime you wanted to take a break. I highly recommend it!

very small and light, i role it up with my existing sleeping pad, and never notice that i brought it. keeps your butt from getting wet and cold when sitting around the campfire. works great when roled up and used as a pillow

This is one of those things that I can almost always legitimize in my pack. It is extremely light weight and sure beats a rock or a tree stump when it comes to comfort.

"nice- light, supports my fat ass, doesnt leak!" 01/21/10

i use this backpacking and just about everywhere. it seems really flimsy when you first hold it...but it is strong! i weigh 235# and this thing doesn't bottom out or puncture on rough rock surfaces. it folds up to about the size of a tennis ball and is almost no weight. awesome product!

"Compact Seat" 10/14/09

Just as described - an inflatable cushion. I use it as part of my TNF lightweight backpack, or around camp. It rolls up to the size of a can of beans, and weighs much less. Glue three of these suckers together and you have a full sleeping mattress.
