I got the XS in gray and it fit true to size and exactly as shown on the model - it worked for my small frame with space for layers, but it looked bulky with them unfortunately (and you will want to wear layers as this is not insulated). The neckline sits high as shown so it's difficult to wear with a scarf. The zipper you can see on the inside photo isn't a pocket, but the hidden zipper closure of the coat itself. There is a smaller "cell phone" pocket on the other side, and both front hand pockets have zips as well.
