Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is perfect, just what I was looking for! This is a really great jacket from The North Face. I have a white jacket that is almost identical from the 2007 year. It is white and the problem I have had with it is that it PILLS like CRAZY and always looks dirty and gross. This jacket however is made almost the exact same way as my old one EXCEPT the "fleece" is soft so it is less likely to pill and get gross. This is a HUGE plus! I am 5' 8" and about 125 and North Face jackets are the only ones that make the arms long enough. These sleeves actually go down and cover my whole wrist. I got a small and it fits perfectly. You cannot beat the price anywhere else either - believe me I looked!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Enthusiasm has faded over time.. Ok, this product really has me torn-,,on the one hand, it was WONDERFUL at first- it was beautiful, warm, fit well under other jackets, does not have a bulky hood and on and on..,,,,now for the less than wonderful part- i have had this product for about a year, and it is still great to throw on for around the house or for yardwork, but it is no longer my go-to jacket. it has a thousand tiny balls of fuzz on it and the fleece is matted (as all fleece items do when they go through the wash.,,,,moral of the story:,,i would highly recommend it, IF it is on sale. otherwise, go for the ones that are fleece inside but have the softshell outside.,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Workmanship and material quality unlike anything i have ever worn before Got my first Khumbu jacket in December. I have always worn cheap storebought fleece jackets and didn't know any better. Northface Khumbu is worth every penny. The material is so soft and thick. Me being a smoker i was my jackets weekly inside out, This material looks just brand new each time after i let it hang up to dry. The color does not fade or get fuzzy bunnies like the cheap fleece jackets do.,,,,Love the windflap. This keeps cold air from blowing inside when you have it zipped up. The cheap fleece jackets dont have this and air blows right through their zippers.,,,,Highly recommend this jacket. You will not be disappointed !!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is a really good jacket for fall/early winter weather! LOVE IT! Long story short, I bought this jacket two years ago from Sports Authority (big mistake $$$) - so two months later it ended up getting stolen, and the only place I could find it to repurchase in my original color it was MOOSEJAW!!! And it ended up being $30 cheaper!!! I must say I love this jacket, however, being from MD where it gets pretty cold in the winter I would recommend wearing it under a heavier coat because it is not super thick. Other than that it was very comfortable and fashionable. So two years later it still looks brand new and I love wearing it. I even got my sister to buy one! I would definately buy this jacket again for myself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product and great price. I wanted a fleece jacket since college but I thought they were too expensive. I stole my husband's North Face fleece last winter and LOVED it. So this year I decided to get my own pretty purple version. Bonus, it was on clearance, the price is great and so is the quality. It was a little tighter in the sleeves than I expected, but I guess that's so you can zip it into another jacket easily. I'm 5'4, 118 so I got the small because the other reviewers said it ran a little large, and I think it's pretty true to size. Seems to be as warm and wind-proof as my husband's, although I'll admit I'm trying it out in mid-September and it's still kind of nice out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Warmest Jacket for the Slimness! I bought this jacket in the green color with doubts. Everybody was talking about how it looked like hospital scrubs. When I got it in the mail I couldn't disagree more. Tons of people have told me how much they like the color and how different it is. I thought I would only wear it through the summer months but as it turns out I am still wearing it in the office when the air is cranked down. I love how slender the fit is and that the material is not bulky. I can put it in my large tote bag with my laptop and it doesn't have much affect. If your lifestyle is constantly on the go and moving them this jacket will be perfect for all of your crazzy travels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Must buy! I've been looking for a Northface jacket for over 2 years, not wanting to spend that much money, but I finally decided to go ahead and buy it. BEST IDEA EVER. many of you may be doubting the money, or maybe wanting to try another type of northface, but this really is a must! the fleece is very soft, and doesn't get "worn out" easily after a couple of washes, it always looks new and cute!,,I've gotten so many compliments on it and I always feel like amazing wearing it, even if its over sweats!,,Great in the cold too, I can go out in 20 degrees without my wintercoat and I feel just a little bit chilly.,,I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! :) BUY IT!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What an awful, wasted investment! It pains me to write a bad review about a TNF bestseller. I wanted to love it, but the low quality of this jacket made it impossible. First off, I bought the Khumbu instead of the Denali because it's a tad longer and looks sleeker. (The Denali looked looked like a square box on me.) However, it's pills SO EASILY and looks HIDEOUS. I'd only worn it twice (on a 30-minute train ride to/from work), but the area between the arms and waist looked like a several-years-old, tattered jacket that you'd see on a homeless person. It's also not warm at all. I live in a windy city and bitter cold winds will cut right through this thing.
