"Great comfort, great fit." 08/23/11
I was very pleasantly surprised with these pants. I wore them on a more intense hiking trip and was incredibly comfortable throughout the whole thing, and confident that they would hold up through whatever I put them through. I got a size bigger than I normally do, they fit really well in the legs, but are a little roomy in the waist. Nothing a belt won't fix. I'm definitely going to get the same ones in another color!
"Great pants, love them! But slightly small..." 05/06/11
These pants are awesome! The material is thin and breathable, but definitely still hold up to some good hiking trips. They don't require adjustments throughout the day, and are generally just plain reliable. Also, the length is perfect. Below the knee, but not awkward high-waters either. My only reservation is that the fit was surprisingly tight around the thighs. The waist fit fine, but I chose to exchange the pants for a size larger for greater mobility. I wear them with a light belt and its just fine. I would definitely suggest these for a reliable, versatile pair of hiking or spring climbing pants.
"Comfortable, Functional, Cute" 04/27/11
The first time I put these pants on I wasn't convinced that I liked the way they fit. I bought these as summer pants to hike in and wasn't sure if they would be as functional as I wanted them to be. However, after wearing them for a day I changed my mind. The thing I like most about these pants is that they fit well and stay up even during hiking. I was never bothered with pulling up my pants or repositioning the velcro closure. They were simply annoyance-free. I will say that if you have any kind of a backside on ya, you should order a size up.
"Cute Capris!!!" 08/24/10
I purchased these capris, and was very unsure whether or not I would like them. After recieving them, I am very glad that I purchased them. They are very cute and comfortable! I like the material, it is thinner so that they are easy to move in. I can already see myself hiking in these pants.I really like the green color. I usually wear about a size 2, so that is what size I purchased them in and they fit perfect! Overall, I am very happy with them!
"I'm looking for a second pair of these!" 07/24/10
I bought a pair in early spring and wear them a whole lot. In fact, if they didn't wear so well, I would have worn them out by now. I wear them hiking, gardening, and they look nice enough for goin' to town or casual parties. I've even slept in them. I guess I wear them at least 4 out of 7 days. They do run a little small.Enjoy!
"Cute but size/fit not so good...hope it's not just me" 07/21/10
I ordered these pants slightly larger than what I usually wear just because I was nervous ordering them online. When I got them they were way too small...like, not even able to pull them up to small. I sent them back and just got the size bigger...able to pull them up, but not able to zip. So pants two sizes about my normal size weren't fitting, even though I had ordered another pair of the original size from North Face and they fit perfectly. I'm thinking the rise is really low on these pants and I have hips...I guess the two things don't go together.
