"Perfect for every day wear in the winter" 05/03/12
this is one of those great coats that you can grab and wear out the house daily during the winter. it's warm, stylish, and comes in great colors. it's not super bulky and is very flattering. Finally a down jacket that doesn't look too puffy! love this jacket!

I have this coat in 2 colors and both have the same sheen to them. What the product info does say, but the other dont mention, is that its zip in compatible. If youre debating between this or a Thunder, get this if you want more versatility. The Thunder is nice if you're worried about weight, but its not a zip in with any of TNF shells.

Can't hardly get this jacket off of my lady. She absolutely loves it and wishes she had it in every color. She is slim build and the size small fits perfectly. Great price here at Moosejaw with reward points to boot.
"Surpassed expectations on snowboarding trip" 01/20/12
When heading on a snowboarding trip to Breckenridge, Colorado I was nervous my North Face Aconcagua Jacket wouldn't be up to par. To my pleasant surprise I was über warm and stayed completely dry (even with many falls to the snow). Definitely a good purchase.

You can't beat the price of this coat for the quality and its brand. I normally would not have picked this color, but I really like the Moroccan blue. I ordered an XS which has a smaller fit, but I can still wear a smaller sweater underneath. Its not too puffy either which I like, but its really warm. I love the warm material inside the pockets. I like the color because I can wear it with almost anything, but its not boring black. The color has kind of a shine to it, but its not too shiny. I like that I can dress it up or down. I totally recommend this coat!

I love this coat for casual outings in the winter. It's on the shorter side (my shirts usually stick out underneath), but it gives you a cute layered look. It rins a bit small so be sure to order one size up. I have this in white and love it!

We bought this for my mom as sort of an early christmas gift. She absolutely loves it! It is super durable fabric and has enough puff without looking like a giant stuff sausage. She got it in grey and loves the color. She says it goes with everything. I think thats a good thing. all in all we were both winners she got a jacket and I got kudos

Luv the coat!! Fits true to size. I ordered the coat in Octopus Blue which I luv, but I had to return it because the zipper in the pocket was broken on the right side. I am exchanging it for the black one because they no longer have it in the Octopus Blue :(Now, I'm just waiting on my black coat!!
