"Awesome! this is perfect for winter running, and keeps my ears toasty!" 10/02/11

It this is perfect for long winter runs or bike rides (it fits nicely underneath a bike helmet... thats a plus!) it also has these slit thingys in the side to hold your shades on your face so you don't lose them when you're biking or running which is really nice because biking into the sun early in the morning is never fun... I think that anyone who runs or bikes alot in the cold will definetly appreciate this headband. The fit is a little weird though, because there is only one size, my head is a bit too small for it, but somehow it still stays on well. Overall I recommend this product!
