"Warm but dorky looking" 02/20/12

I have to agree with the other reviewer that this hat isn't stylish by any stretch of the imagination. But for warmth, it is tough to beat. The sides have great coverage of your ears and the hat has enough coverage to get all of your forehead and some of your neck. I've worn this is some very bad, windy and wet weather and it is my absolute go-to hat for serious weather where I don't give a crap about looks. Otherwise I go to the Mountain Hardware dome, a great cap for less serious weather.

"Shouldn't this be leather?" 12/22/10

Sorry, but this thing looks ridiculous. It looks like something a cheap bastard would use for a George Gipp Halloween costume if he didn't wan tot spring for the leather model. Or, I guess a meathead could use it for a cold-weather rugby match. Otherwise, hard to see much use for it.
