The North Face Terra 35 Pack is an overnight hiking backpack for quick trips into the backcountry. When you’re only bringing along the essentials, the Terra 35 gets the job done. Stuff your sleeping bag into the bottom and access it through the bottom zipper compartment while in the field. Vertical front pockets provide quick access to essential items like your rain jacket, so you don’t have to dig deep into your bag mid-hike when the clouds turn gray. Tuck small items into the top pocket for security and zip snacks into the mesh hipbelt pockets. The OPTIFIT harness allows for fast, easy adjustments with padded straps for comfort. The hipbelt is lined with an air mesh to keep you cool and comfortable along the way.

Nice packI just got this back pack for my upcoming birthday. My husband wont let me play with it until my birthday, but I did get to look it over. Its perfect size for me, Im 5'8" 130 lbs. I ordered the small/med. It has plenty of room for my sleeping bag and loops for my poles. I will have to buy a rain cover for it, as it doesnt come with one, but there is a nice place to store one. I tried it on and its a comfortable fit. I guess thats all I can say about it until I actually get to use it.

Some complaints but it's always on my back.I now have this new version of the 35 as I blew out both shoulders on my last one. I probably had more weight in it than I should have a few too many times and after nearly 7 years the shoulder seams tore. North Face warrantied without question and it is a great daily bag. I take this on my typical overnight trip. Great carry-on bag for the airline if it's not over-packed. The bottom divider is especially handy but I hoped in the new version they would put webbing that attached the divider not elastic. My last one had elastic and while it never broke it certainly didn't stay tight. The side cinch straps are much improved as is the double cross pocket on the outside of the pack. The side pouches are better at keeping small items in but can't hold a water bottle easily now. The lid has a couple pockets and seals better than the last model .I've leaving it at five stars despite my complaints because I constantly reach for this anytime I don't need a technical pack.

Great Backpack!Bought this for a backpacking trip to Europe and really like it so far. Lots of space and feels like it will hold up well for our European adventure.
