"like it" 12/23/11
Bag is really big and warm and comfy, but still stuffs pretty easy into the sleeping bag compartment in my pack (deuter 65). Took it on the inca trail and it was a bit overkill for the temps, but I was still comfortable and it didn't have any problems with it staying wet from condensation. Planning to use it for some winter mountaineering.
"Good bag" 09/14/11
First sleeping bag in a long time. Used it on a Mt Rainier climb June 30th at Ingraham Flats (11,100 ft) and on Mt Baker for 5 nights in August above Sandy Camp (6,300 ft) both times on snow. Kept me warm every night, sleeping in just a t-shirt and under pants, other climbers were very cold in their rental bags (which on Baker were +10F rated not 0F). I chose synthetic over down because I wanted to be able handle the wet as well as the cold. The bag only just fits through mouth of my REI XT 75 backpack, when wrapped in plastic, but it does fit. The compression bag it comes could be a lot better, but works well enough for me.
