Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best large bags out there for everyday carry This bag is fantastic! I've looked for a long time for a well organized well made bag that could hold a large laptop along with all of the other stuff I take on vacations. The bag looks good, is super comfortable and holds a boat load! Very highly recommended.,,,,This bag is the large brother to the equally awesome North Face Surge. The style and design are similar but the router is 9 extra liters (41 vs 32). For many things the Surge is more practical but when you have to carry a lot of stuff the Router is the better choice. I started with the Surge, but found that I always had one more thing to put in the bag (like a sweater, etc.).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding multifunctional packs! We have purchased two of these packs from Moosejaw and they have carried their load. I would consider it the best laptop bag TNF makes. There is even room for both your laptop and your iPad to be securely stored. True, it is a big bag, but I have always had the problem of having too little room...you can always cinch the side compression straps. Tons of useful pockets and areas to store stuff. It's a great bag to have as a carry-on. My kids have used it for school and it is able to haul all their books and other misc school stuff. I use my bag every day and it takes a beating, but it has shown no wear or tear. I would buy this bag again in a minute!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from if you're looking for a backpack, this is the one!! I've had this backpack since when it first came out. IT IS REALLY SPACIOUS and definitely worth the money. As a college student, this backpack can basically be used as a suitcase. It has a compartment for my 15 inch mac, a special compartment for my iPad, and all of my textbooks and stuff fits comfortably in the backpack. I was also able to fit in a twin size comforter in the backpack during college move in. This pack pack is also super durable. I've had it for 3 years now, and use it everyday for school and for vacation. And this bag doesn't have any problems. Seriously, if you're looking to buy a backpack, this is the one! ,,,,I got the black color, so super durable and doesn't get dirty!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Backpack I've owned one of these for about six months now, and it's shown no signs of going anywhere anytime soon. It's North Face's largest backpack, and it's served me well as a weekend bag for cross country flights. It fits in airline overhead bins or underneath the seats, and one of my favorite perks of it is the small top compartment that perfectly holds my earbuds and USB charger for easy access to on flights. The bag is incredibly sturdy and comfortable as well, with straps allowing the adjustment of weight on your shoulders as well as one to go around your waist. There are a ton of pockets to store your gear, including up to a 17" laptop and a side water bottle pouch. It's a little bit pricey of a purchase, but as with all North Face gear, you definitely get what you pay for!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bigger is Better! I've owned a North Face Yavapai backpack for over 10 years. It was perfect in college and for day trips. As a young professional I now travel often for work and needed a backpack that could carry my laptop, noise canceling headphones and other travel items. The Yavapai wasn't cutting it and The bag literally was bursting at the seams every time I packed my laptop and just few other items. The North Face Router has saved me from the dreaded packing frustration. I'm able to fit my laptop, ipad, and a ton of other items I need for a trip while easily zipping the bag closed. Another thing I love is the fact that the backpacks now are padded and have ventilation channels on the back allowing for a comfortable and cool (no sweaty back!) carry. I highly recommend this bag to anybody looking for a little extra space over the standard 20-30 liter volume backpacks, this baby is 41 liters, but you could never tell from just looking at it. I got the Black color, it's super sharp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome back pack! Stylish sturdy and roomy! I bought this for my son as a college graduation gift, as his old pack was falling apart at the seams. He is an avid work out guy and also needs to lug his gigantic computer to work. He loves this backpack! Can take everything he needs to go from work to play in this one pack. From computer, files, lunch, water bottles, work out clothes, shoes, and drinks, shower stuff, (including towel) and change of clothes. Best pack ever! Hoping it last forever too like other reviews say they do! Very nice looking too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Biggest North Face backpack out there This is a great backpack for travelling when you don't want to check luggage. At its max size, it just barely fits most airline carriers' carry on/hand luggage restrictions, so you can fit a ton of stuff. And lots of pockets help you organize the many things you can fit inside. This bag was enough to carry enough clothes for a 2.5-week trip (but no extreme outdoor activities) without having to stop and wash my clothes.
