Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big, roomy, and easy I have owned several 6-8 person tents (Kelty, Marmot, Sierra Designs and Big Agnes) and this one is the roomiest of all them. There is sq ft, and then there is livable sq ft. This tent has utilizes the area well. It just seems bigger. The set up is incredibly easy! Make sure to practice setting up the tent at least one time before going out with this tent. After you set it up once, it becomes 2nd nature. Having all clips and no sleeves make this possible to set up by one person (even though I wouldn't recommend it). It took a beating from a big storm last time I went out with it & it held up beautifully. Tons of rain, and yet it stayed dry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you're looking for an awesome family camping experience the Mountain Manor 8 is a must. Comfort- The MM8 is spacious enough to fit the fam. of 5 and all of your gear. Plus it has two awesome vestibules to keep any gear, that won't fit in the tent, out of the rain. Always dry and cool with all of the vents in place throughout.,,Durability- The aluminum poles are light and sturdy. Stakes are sturdy, and all mat. are top notch. All of the technical specs are available to look over, but I'm here to say that they are what they say they are.,,Ease of Use- All of the poles are color coded and the twist clips make for an easy setup. The fly has adjustable straps which make it easy to pull snug every time. It all comes in a nice, roomy duffel bag.,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big and sturdy I became interested in this tent after weathering a Wyoming wind and rain storm in it with friends- completely dry after 24 hrs of rain and 50 mpg winds! The tent is huge! My family of 5 can spread out (even with two cots). The poles are sturdy aluminum and the set up is quick. The rain fly is full length- for the storms! The floor seems a bit thin but is totally waterproof. My only complaint is the doors do not have full length netting so you can only open the top 12 inches or so for ventilation without letting bugs in. With the fly on and the sun on the tent- it gets warm inside despite all the vents open.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Manor - a home away from home With this monster your butler and maid can stay with you and they can both have their own rooms. ,,,,“Honey, where is the maid. I need my sleeping bag fluffed”,,“She is in the south wing”,,“I thought the butler was in the south wing”,,“Oh…”,,,,That too is possible with this tent as the two room dividers have two positions to allow for one or two person ‘wings’. The main hall (dome) has a front and back door. The front door has a huge vestibule large enough to house your perfectly clipped Dobermans.,,,,.postscript. Don’t be tempted to try this for any tramping though (unless you butler is carrying it). Have your chauffeur drive it to its pad. ,,,,Show the Moose your love.,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice and easy to Set up. First of all this tent is huge. I went camping with my wife and my four children one of which was in a porta crib and we all fit great with plenty of room to move around. You can stand fully upright in this tent unless you are 6ft. 4. in. tall. Takes about 15 mins. to set up which for a tent this size seems amazing to me. We got a lot of rain and high winds and the tent was a rock with no water let in at all. I would definitely recommend this tent to anyone who is looking for a family camping tent. The only draw back would be the bucks but hey it fits eight people.
