"Great"  12/10/11

So far these pants have held up really well and, to the best of my knowledge, haven't leaked at all (I usually wear underarmour sweatpants underneath them so if any water is seeping through it's not enough for me to feel)!

"Really waterproof and compactible"  11/08/11

This North Face Pant is really light and compactible, which makes it very easy to stuff it into the backpack. The waterproof function is really amazing. I walk in the rain for half an hour, but I am totally dry when I get back home. One thing is that it makes some sound when you walk around. But it is OK because most of time we don't wear it at home.

"Work as advertised"  10/24/11

They work great. Fit over my pants with ease and do what they are supposed to do. Fairly lightweight as well. Slightly long, but that is not unusual for me.

"Looks great for the winter and fits just right."  09/28/11

These are my favorite pair of pants to snowboard in, I usually wear something under it when it gets cold. I also bought a size slightly bigger for that reason. I love how it looks because it isn't baggy and its just the perfect fit.

"Good shell for the money"  08/11/11

These have performed quuite well in the rain in the rugged mountains of alaska and in the snow in the backyard with the kids. Pants are a little long but not a big downfall (at leasts they keep the snow out your boots).

"If you get a rain coat, you need these"  07/28/11

I found myself in the Smokies in early March without rain pants, one of the worst ideas ever. Right when i got home, i ordered these pants, and they are perfect. They keep me dry, as well fit how i want them to. they have velcro ankles and zippers that extend about eight inches up the pant, which is amazing when your trying to put them on in quick time. With these on, i can take on any kind of weather and any amount of mud/water.

"These pants are perfection!! I will be naming my first son atfer these pants!!"  07/06/11

I've worn these pants for just about every type of adventure: kayaking, caving, late night doughnut runs...You name it and I've probably done it in these pants. They're super compact, easy to move in, and downright comfortable. Most definitely worth the money! I am a geology major, and I will be taking these pants with me when I go caving in the caves of Guilin, China later this year.

"Really great pants"  06/23/11

I have bought 2 of them: 1 for walks in rainy weather or travel and second I use on work, a camping and fishing. About pants - they're very lightweight. Water resistance is perfect. Maybe for tropical rain it'll be not enough but for my needs it's perfect. They're also windproof and breathable therefore I use them already in late winter, spring and summer as they not so hot that I get sweaty at +20 C and a little warm not to freeze at -10 C. About sizes - I felt true to size as I carry jeans 32-34 x 30 and M short is great for me. Yes they are spacious enough but it only plus for those who as I prefer free clothes and for those who want to wear something underneath.

"Kept me dry, in the rain."  06/14/11

I bought these to keep in my golf bag. Being 6'2 225, they fit big enough to pull over my cargo khaki shorts. I bet I could fit these over a pair of jeans, without them looking like spandex and mooseknuckles. They have a drawstring and seem to be built well enough. They sure fold up tiny, which is huge !!! They kept me dry the one time I used them. We have had good weather on the golf course this year !!

"Cheap, packable and waterproof"  05/23/11

Picked these up to be a light weight packable shell pants for trips out in Washington's wet Cascades. I have rocked these hiking, snowshoeing and mountain biking and no matter how much rain or snow I put them through they keep me try and dont fall apart. I dont think you can buy a better pair of shell pants for less money.
