I have a older version of this jacket that someone stole, mot$%r f!!@#*rs. But from the many years I used it from sea level to 14,800 feet, -30 to ? degrees, USA to Germany in the winter, and trekking around hometown the Sentinel always did its job 100%. To date no other jacket worked as well. What wind? I don't feel any wind. Just because I'm hauling ass on a fresh morning double diamond run with a snowboarding thing attached to my feet and my hair looks like a 80's glam heavy metal frontman trapped in a wind-tunnel doesn't mean I can feel anything. Thats exactly why I purchased this jacket. The fit was perfect on me. I had a large to cover my 5'7" 157#, 33 waist, dirt bag collegiate body.Consider yourself in good hands if you wear it.Also this jacket is tuff and tough. Well made, simple design, and packable, compressible, and multi useful, such as my pillow while snow camping or a casual coat walking around Disneyland.
