"Warm and Dry" 04/09/12
Great jacket - I will wear it to outdoor sporting events in the rain and it reliably keeps me dry throughout. Pretty warm too! I like the color combos and the pockets are useful. The hood is big enough for my large dome as well. High quality product from The North Face as usual

My sister bought one for her boyfriend a few weeks ago and he loved it. He wore it in the rain, wind, sun and snow. It's perfect for all weathers and is stylish. Overall it's good quality, and moosejaw delivered it just in time for her to give it to him. She told me all this and I had to just buy my boyfriend one as well :) This is a must buy! Not only for your children and spouses but you too !!!
"Nice jacket" 12/01/11
I've been using this jacket for about 3 years now and is probably a great deal for the price. It is fairly waterproof and the breathablity is decent. However, if you are an ultra-lighter, this is not your choice as it is fairly heavy, compared to other, ultralight jackets. Also, the material is pretty durable, considering other, paper thin jackets that rip to shreds, if snagged onto a branch.
"Keeps me dry but not warm" 11/28/11
If you are looking for something to keep your ass dry from the rain and sweat then this is whats up. Relatively thin and lightweight. Wear it on any rainy occasions. Only thing I do not like about it is the velcro on the bottom always seems to stick to the velcro on the top making it really awkward when pulling it out my bag. Other than that go get 'em

I just got this this past Spring and I do not regret it. We have had quite the series of rainy days in Kentucky this year and this jacket has helped keep me dry through it all. It breaths well and I received compliments from friends and coworkers every time I wore it. I made people jealous wherever I went. That alone should be reason enough to want it!

I bought this jacket last summer and use it every time it rains. It seals in heat well and I have yet to get wet while wearing this jacket. I have even come to enjoy when it rains just so I can wear my awesome rain jacket.

I love this jacket. It's light enough for mild temps but zip this bad boy up and there ain't nothing getting through it. I was surprised how warm it kept me on a weekend camping trip last November. Wish I could say the same thing for the boots I wore!
