"get it!" 01/15/12
This jacket is everything a Philly cyclist could want in a jacket. It's VERY light and not bulky. The wind resistance works perfectly in these east coast winter winds, even when zooming around the city on a bicycle. I've tested the water resistance and can say once wet, it just takes a few wipes with a towel/paper towels to dry this jacket. I wear nothing but a t-shirt and am warm down to 30 degrees farenheit. Anything below that and you gonna need more than a short sleeve tee. The bottom zipper works great when you want to sit down. Also, you don't need a hat cuz the hood keeps you toasty!!
