"best protection for cold weather, worth the price tag" 04/30/10
The jacket for harsh conditions - it's incredibly warm and light. It's perfect for cold winter weather and it even comes with a small bag so you can use the big advantage of compressibility to pack it down into a very small bundle. The jacket fits me very well with plenty of room for another layer. I've never felt cold with it so far - you'll moreover start sweating pretty soon and have to figure out what base-layer fits the temp range you're using the jacket in. The hood can be tucked into the collar and protects your ears from freezing if you need.
