These shorts are quite nice for various outdoor endeavors. If they get soaked, they do dry quite quickly due to the material that they are made with. I would recommend buying one size up however.

"Excellent hiking trekking shorts" 		          07/23/09
100% nylon and look good for days. Front pockets are mesh and very comfortable, no bulk. The rear pockets and side cargo pockets are just about perfect. 10 inch inseam is ideal. Wear well, not too hot for high temps.

"wicked light, super comfy & makes your butt look awesome." 		          06/07/09
i love these things, my jeans look at me longingly wondering if i'll ever put them on again! these shorts are top notch, bead away moisture, tons of room, they aren't too long and not daisy duke short, perfect length. pockets can fit everything from wallets to beers, maps & more beers. i nabbed these guys in 2 colors and will end up buying the third for sure! GET THIS NOW, THEY RULE!

"very comfortable and practical" 		          11/12/08
These are great for both lounging around and for hiking. The pockets are nice and big and accommodate loads of stuff. The front hip pocket is deep enough to hold a full size map without it sticking up and getting in the way of my pack's hip-belt. I do wish the legs were a bit longer, but I guess I just have longer legs than most people with my waist size. I like them enough that I'll probably buy another pair in a different color.

"Buy 3 pairs in 3 weeks." 		          07/15/08
My husband lives in these shorts. Which would explain why I have bought him 3 pairs of them in the past 3 weeks. They are comfy, cool, dry quickly, and transition from lounging around to hiking a mountain to sneaking in a round of golf at the country club in a snap. Four enthusiastic thumbs up two from hubby, two from me on these.

I love these shorts. I've worn them 3 times in the last week. They dry super quick when you wash them. They are so light weight and the built in belt keeps them up. I'm going to get a 2nd pair with my rewards points

These are without a doubt the toughest, most comfortable, and best looking shorts you can buy. I've had two pairs for five years and they are still wearable. This year I had to break down and buy a size larger....for some reason....and they are just as great as ever....buy these shorts, they are worth every penny.

Great shorts for all kinds of activities and for casual wear too. Very light, fit great and they dry fast. The back pockets are a little hard to use, but the belt they come with is sweet
