"Super warm and water proof jacket, go ahead play in the snow!" 05/11/12
I purchased this jacket in black at the beginning of winter time last year. Boy did i make the right choice! Im not a big fan of layering, so I needed a jacket that could keep me warm with only a t-shirt under. Not only did this jacket keep me warm but it is 100% waterproof!!! Its amazing. You can literally stick the jacket sleeve under your kitchen faucet for 10 seconds with the water running and you wont feel a drop. Also great as a snowboarding jacket as it has a mp3 pocket in the inside and a pocket on the outer sleeve with a towel to clean your goggles when they fog up. Great all around jacket, a little pricey but totally worth it as this jacket has many years to come.

Got this jacket in August to get ready for another Michigan winter. Pockets everywhere (not to mention the one-hitter pocket on the left wrist with a built in goggle cloth) and a more adjustable hood has ever existed. Super light for this type of coat and supes warm. The DWR is AWESOME. My brother didn't believe that it was water resistant because the ApexUniversal shell is so soft (and quiet) so i poured a large cup of water on it and the coat shed the water better than any of my technical racing swim suits ever did and also cuts the wind so well it's crazy. get it.
