"light weight and airy" 08/14/11
The pants are extremely light weight and breathe great. They are great to wear in the summer months. This is the second pair bought, because the first pair were such a hit he wanted another pair!

I've fought bad guys in three different countries while wearing these. Damn near everything on it is double stitched- very durable. Zipper on the legs was very useful in the desert especially when I was wearing combat boots and needed to vent or tighten my laces. Zip-off legs is another great feature for when I was just relaxing. Repels water very well and dries off quickly. All in all- 5 out of 5.

Not only is the elastic waist band extremely uncomfortable but the pant material is so noisy! The material is cooling but scratchy. If these pants are DESIGNED for the outdoors, I don't have any idea how you're ever suppose to take a nature hike in these. You'll scare all the wild life around you. The only positive comment is I'm 6'1 and 215 pounds and the large fits perfect. Plenty of room for your thighs and the cut is a little below the ankle.

Pants fit great and hold size well even when all sweaty. Comfortable and light weight. Half elastic waist so no belt needed. They dry super fast. Rugged can handle branches or sticker bushes. Breath well in summer heat. Sized a little big Im 6'3 180lb and fit in a med. Great pant for the money.
